For the trade block I would include Robison and Gerhart. See what their market value is since there is a good chance this would be their last year in purple. Might put Jenkins, Johnson and Carlson up just for kicks too. _________________

ERFA - Marcus Sherels, Troy Kropog, and Andrew Sendejo
RFA - AJ Jefferson
My initial reaction is to just give Jefferson the lowest tender which is Right of First Refusal ($1.26M)
I believe ERFA's carry a hit around $600K
------
It also looks like most people think we should extend Jared Allen and restructure Kevin Williams. I agree, UMN and I can get to work on those unless someone else has a differing opinion?
------
Next thing to do would be to establish a starting trade block. I think we should at least put Percy Harvin on it to get some trade feelers. Anybody else that should be included? |
Personally i would be fine with looking at what offers we have for Percy, but i dont want to get rid of him.
A few names i could see on the trade block:
Joe Webb (6th or 7th rnd pick?)
Toby Gerhart (player or 4th/5th round pick?)
Letroy Guion (5th/6th round pick?) _________________

I would be reluctant to give up Harvin.
Block:
Harvin
Gerhart
Webb

I agree with this except for Winfield. I don't think any team is gonna trade for a guy who will retire next year. He's also a respected veteran in the locker room and a good nickel corner. _________________

I'm not a fan of trading Robison but I am curious to see what we could get for him. If someone offers a high 2 I'm all over it. Same with Harvin, he's exceeded his draft position IMO so we need that or more in return. _________________

| I see Williams as a good fit on the other side of Greenway. We are looking for a 3-4 rd pick or player level for him. |

I like this list, minus Winfield, for the trade block, but basically let everyone else be open for being traded at the right price, right price is just really high for a lot of them, or not feasible to trade like Peterson. _________________ Gnat's Movie Reviews

| Harvin for Cecil Shorts and the Jags 2nd round pick would be interesting. |

I dont mind this as a potential list to put out:
Proposals would need evaluating based on the timing, and the roster at the current time. _________________

Please do not post trade blocks or players in here. There is a trade block thread for that. _________________

I'm going to post that trade block, sans Winfield, in the trade block thread and post any potential offers that get sent my way in here for discussion. _________________

starting to get some trade feelers sent my way asking value on players.
My response is, "make us an offer."
I'd like that to be your guys' response should you be asked as well. Any offer you, or I, get is to be posted here for review. _________________

are they any guys listed on other teams' trade blocks that look interesting?
I wouldn't mind making a move for a WR or LB _________________
