Not happening. You will have to fix your J.T. O'Sullivan, QB turnover-machine in some other fashion. |
You're right I can't pull the wool over your eyes. Dan Bailey plus a 4th rounder for Kaep should do. |
Cowgirls can even get to the playoffs... You guys got some work to do! _________________ ***WE RUN THE WEST!***

Just updated the OP with our current cap room and roster fixes.
Now that all of our re-signings are out of the way we can start looking for FA's to sign. We only have 6 mil in cap room so we need to be smart about it. We're most likely going to have to look for league minimum back up guys and focus the majority of our remaining cap on the draft.
In FA I want to look at the following:
3rd string QB
depth WR
Backup OT that can play guard too

Name calling will cost you. Now its only Dan Bailey and a 5th. Learn some manners young man. _________________ R.I.P. Nikolas and Brian you will truly be missed.

3rd string QB-JJ again I like Charlie Batch too he's a veteran mobile qb who's got his ring. Brady Quinn even though he's not great he seems like a good locker room guy.
depth WR-Johnny Knox, Ramses Bardin, Randy again, Legedu Naanee, Josh Cribbs
Backup OT that can play guard too-Jeremy Trueblood, Sam Baker, Max Starks, Geoff Schwartz
Kicker- I'd rather draft someone nobody is worth a contract |

Might just be laziness... but on my end, I was thinking we should do nothing... zip... zero... 6 mil cap room... gotta have about 5 mil for draft prospects... I just don't see us doing much o nothing in FA. Not seeing a lot of choices but to build through the draft.
edit: we have 43 players now on our roster... for the positions to fill with quality competition, depth, +/or future starters... we have about 9 spots I'd think we'd really want/need to fill.. and we have 11 draft picks. _________________

Our cap room should be revised because of this:
http://www.csnbayarea.com/blog/matt-maiocco/source-brooks-salary-de-escalates-16-million
| Quote: | | According to an NFL source, Brooks scheduled 2013 base salary of $4.3 million was lowered to $2.7 million because he did not meet certain requirements. His salary cap figure falls from $6.65 million to $5.05 million. |

I think the only one of the bunch you listed I would try to acquire Via free agency is the QB. I don't think there is a single QB in this draft class who could run the pistol O. Maybe Seneca Wallace would be cheap. Just my opinion. _________________

I disagree I think EJ Manuel, Matt Scott (Arizona), Tino Sunseri (PITT), Jordan Rodgers (VAND), and Jeff Tuel (WSU) are all guys I could see fitting in our offense. _________________
