The contracts have been submitted. We need to have our next plan of action.
We should plan for the worse (getting none of them) with contract offers ready to go for Harper.

The most I'd give Harper is Chloe's contract and the least is Makayla's.
If we get neither, it would suck, we should aim for Ellen then also.
I think we can also take a brief break and examine our team and our new needs to prepare for the shark tank. We can each make a top 10 for the shark tank, then we can average them out and their should be about 20-30 on the complete list.

I have been asked to amend the Contract for one of ours bids as it increased too much on base salary from year 4-5. I have amended it and submitted.
the overall amount changes very little but will update the doc.

It didn't change much so its good.
Is there anything I need to do??
I think we need to get stuff ready for Tier 2/3

I think it very much depends if we have any success during tier 1. I would suggest we plan to offer a contract to Harper. I think Gold Digger will want too much. If the contract is ready to go at least there is no rush to prepare something.

Ill get something together and see what you guys think. Tonight we find out if we have any offers accepted. I think if we ate able to pull off Chloe, Makayla, and Harper we could be set. I think we need to look at Gabriella also

I have no problem going after Gabriella if we fail on the others. I think we will get one of the 3 like your optimism though. No way the agents would award 3 to same team. Chloe is the one I expect but the one I want least of the 3 tbh. As long as we save enough to get my man in the Tank.

If both tier 1 FAs fall through, I vote we go for Gabriella first.
If we get Chloe, we should go for Harper.
If we get Makayla, we should go for Gabriella.
