I'm leaving for Florida for a week, today. I'm gonna be on as often as I can but pd47 and mountain are in charge.

Breaking down schemes quickly just so we are all on the same page:

OFFENSE:

Ultimately we want a fast paced no-huddle offense that attacks the opposition. We want moveable parts all over the field: Backs that can line up at WR/slot, WR who play inside and out, TE that play in line, slot and wide, H-Back etc. We need playmakers and need to put 3-4 guys on the field at a time that score touchdowns. We run a ZBS up front which requires smaller, quicker OL. Martin, Pouncey and Incognito are the only OL we have that should come back as a projected starter. Jerry and Garner should be competing for starting jobs.

DEFENSE:
4-3 scheme, we want to stop the run with the front 4. MLB covers backs, Burnett covers TE and Misi gets other backs that leak out. We need to get more aggressive. Besides Kaddu I don't like our depth so we need to look at that. In the back end our scheme is built around Reshad Jones. FS isn't a true ball hawk because he plays a true "last line of defense" role. Clemons played well. At CB we want big CB and ultimately want to press. I would look to keep our top three (Smith, Patterson and Marshall) and then add one more CB who can play outside.

I think it would depend on which FAs are available but if I had to choose now

Odrick DT
Vernon DE
Incognito LG
Martin LT
Jerry/Garner T
Clay TE

Added a few FA and made a note of our own who we could look to bring back.

I'll add code names later on today.

And for prospects rankings, shall we do a Big board or a top5/top10 of each position? I think it'd be easier to do a consensus top 10 for each position than doing a Big board. After we're done with the position rankings we could work on the big board, if we start soon enough we should be able to make this work.

Anyways, let me know what you guys think.

GENTLEMEN! Welcome. What I'm afraid we are looking at right now is a jumbled mess of a war room...we need some organization to run this organization.

Fortunately, with my super mod powers...I can organize the home page, make it pretty and assign proper duties.

Additionally, where can I find the codes?

I'm panting my kids room today, but I'll get a list of free agents and possible draft picks that fit the Defensive scheme tonight.

I'm completely on board moving Odrick inside (I've done it twice in my mocks.

Anything else you need lust let me know.

Which RFA's to keep?

As far as I can see the following are RFA's

Marlin Moore RFA
RJ Stanford ERFA
Pat Devlin ERFA
Austin Spitler RFA
Jeron Mastrud RFA
Jonathon Amaya RFA
Bryan McCann RFA

Granted some of these have special team value but my initial thoughts would be to only look to keep Pat Devlin. Thoughts?

Marlin Moore RFA
Pat Devlin ERFA
Bryan McCann RFA

I'd keep these 3.

I love what I saw from Moore last year. Great ST and can fill in for injuries at WR. As for McCann, I like him more than Stanford. I like what I saw from him aswell in the short amount of time he had and he'd be a decent backup/depth CB. No explanation needed for Devlin really.
