Hey guys I was elected as GM for the Chicago Bears in this FFMD.

NFC North- DrawABlank is our divisional liaison for this game

Here is a quick description of the staff position(top 3 jobs)
General Manager- The primary decision maker and point of contact for the team
Assistant General Manager- The second to the General Manager who will make decisions when the GM is unavailable.
Capologist- This position will be responsible for the tracking, updating and review of the team's running cap space.
My staff will be the usual for this type of game

D Coordinator- Pdogg
O Coordinator-
Scouts-
Anybody can join and everybody has a say in the decisions.Its very fun and there is always something going on. About as close as you can get to a real offseason.

Last year was a disaster for the entire game. Those problems shouldnt arise anymore.

I'm interested in being a scout. Are the scouts divided up by position or offense/defense?

Yes absolutely...just pick a position that you want to scout and Ill sign you up.

What on earth is that you may ask? Well, to quote our glorious leader:
