It's a shame on the Bennett issue. I don't envy either you guys to be honest. Guess we have to move on and win FFMD in other ways.
I'm down with that trade but we would need another receiver probably for some depth. Maybe some slot help.

Yeah they wanted a 4th round pick, but I think we can do better than that for a free agent next year by just grabbing a good vet TE and drafting a TE.

Yeah I'd be OK with Edelman.
With TE, looks like if that trade doesn't pass that we are either relying on Robinson stepping up, drafting someone relatively high or rummaging in the bargain bin.
I'd probably lean towards the former and look to draft someone towards the back end of the draft. BB 240 and 345 could be potential targets.
We have one of the best TE coaches in the league, let's trust what he did last season and put Adrien on the field.

Yeah I'd be OK with chucking a few dollars at Bear. Solid, dependable, knows the system.

We still need a #1 TE. We can get one in the draft or get Benjamin Watson for a stop gap.

We have 5 picks in the first 3 rounds. We can get a serviceable tight end in one of those spots. We've seen rookie TEs contribute on other teams recently, and TEs are rather expendable in our offense anyway.
