I've been watching more and more of him. The guy is so fast off the snap for a big man - would be great to see someone capable of beating a man one on on with Vince doing what he does sucking up the double teams.

Plus he has the work ethic to succeed, allows us to kick Canty and Francis to end if we need to...gives us so much flexibility.

Our defense has a ton of versatility this year, great cover in case of injury...which is always important.

Lol a little late but I agree with the pick. Deal wasn't enough to make me want to move down.

I'm thinking that in nickel sets we can play mostly big nickel, dropping Tavon or Banks into the box as the "third LB" or TE stopper. I don't trust Tavon on WRs, but he flashed well against TEs last year. Banks can drop back and play a deeper safety position on those downs.

We have so much flexibility now. Makes me happy.

Happy with Pataki, Bluth or Squidward if available - but, and probably alone here, I think Barney the Purple Dinosaur is worth a look. He's got a some nice tools to work with to fill in on our right side, with some swing ability at other spots too.

After that, I do like Georga Costanza to add some needed speed and coverage ability for the position, but you'd need an extra middle round pick for that.

Barney the purple dinosaur, or someone at that position (bing or donaghy) is my vote for our next pick

Absolutely love Sly. He and Vince will collapse the pocket and Chandler and whoever else we have on passing downs will bring a much more versatile and improved pass rush. Been behind this guy since being asked to do DL prospects. I agree HFW, he is super quick off LOS. He is a huge improvement over Love imo and think Armstead and Sly could eff things up in first year.

I'm pretty sure that after Round 4, Rounds 5-7 are auction style - meaning we bid on players with our picks and whomever gets the highest bid gets the player.
