I think we both know as the FA looms his contract is going to look more and more affordable for his production. Also, I don't see the big cheeses wouldn't approve a restructure of his deal being that he is with a new super bowl friendly organization. No guarantees on that but it seems most logical. _________________

Regarding our 'pass rushing DT's. I think most of them don't need cutting, their versatility is a huge plus. Cunningham, Bequette, Francis van all play DT or DE, and with the implementation of our NASCAR package in some situations, I like that versatility.
I'm not giving up hope on Bequette yet. He has the size to really become a force. I think he is our very own cowboy like Jared Allen. Give him time, and I think he'll come good.
Try and move Kyle Love, if not cut him and look for a more permanent starter in Draft/FA. I like Tommy Heinson. Perhaps he realizes what he had and will come home on a cheap deal and also allows us to play some different looks on Defense, which I, as HC ( ) would really like the ability to do. _________________

Tell me our were better | We did the best we could considering we only had one huge salary on the team. The two-renegotiation rule strongly favors teams that have two players with very very high salaries, like the Lions. _________________ Shut up, NBT |

Actually, never mind. Those two players, despite their huge cap hits, don't have obnoxious salaries. Their math is just off a ton. _________________ Shut up, NBT |

from 49ers front office
What are your thoughts on Carlos Rogers? Were contemplating putting him on the block we kinda wanna see what value he has, maybe we can make a deal before other teams know about it.
