Even though he is my favorite non-Steeler player absolutely no way he should have made it. _________________

He had garbage QBs throwing him the ball, the QBs kept switching, the OL sucked and didn't allow him enough time to get open... take your pick.
Why shouldn't he get into the probowl. Great player and one of the best WRs in the NFL. _________________

Because the Pro Bowl is decided on what you do this current year not how good you are.
If that was the case the rosters would be the same every year.
Also your idea of why players should get into the Pro Bowl is why it is an absolute joke.
Jeff Saturday got in this year despite being benched before the end of the season but by your reckoning it was the correct decision to pick him. |

Wait..... you're serious?
Yeah it sucks he played with bad QBs, but <1,000 yards and 4 touchdowns shouldn't be making the Pro Bowl. _________________

The pro-bowl has always been a joke. Is that a good enough explanation? _________________

Meh...it's easy to see why
A) He's a top recognizable player
B) The people above him were obscured for some reason or another
Should've been Cobb, at least his team was somewhat successful.
In Larry's defense a hair shy of 800 & 4 Tds looks much more impressive when you factor in he had Skelton/Kold/Lindley/ and whoever else they drug off the street as his QB... _________________

There's a difference between bad QB's who between their incompetence and the OL failing can't get u the ball and a bad QB that can get you the ball but throws bad INT's and makes bad reads too often. _________________
