The 4-3 is completely gone fellas!
3-4 mock
*Trade down to #9 Jets because they want Glennon. Pick up a 2nd round pick.
*Package 2nd, and 3rd rd picks to move up into the 1st and grab Rhodes around 18.
1st round - Dion Jordan, OLB, 6'7, 245lbs., ORE
1st round - Xavier Rhodes, CB, 6,1, 217lbs., FSU
What do you all think? _________________

34... Haslam owns the ball.... If you want to play you play by his rules.
Jets spend a 2nd to move up 3 spots....
The browns spend a third to move up 20? spots.... Doesn't make sense. _________________

True, I was more so putting an emphasis that above anything else, we need a top pass rusher and CB... If we don't get one in FA, I could see us making a few power plays to nab a top pair of pas rusher and pass defender... like Jordan/Rhodes ....or Mingo/Banks... u feel me _________________

I think FS and CB are the top two needs on defense.... Next OLB or DE depending on player transition... FA is going to be major to show which direction the draft will go. _________________

We should never have gotten rid of Mike Adams. He was a solid player for us who wanted to be here.
If we had him that would give us more time to solve the FS problem.
I have CB as our number one need as Brown is a FA and a year older and I don't see any other number twos on the roster. Just solid 3 and 4 CB's. Then it's OLB/DE depending on how the players make the transition. I would rank FS 3rd not because of any talent there but because I don't rate it as being as important as the other two in a 3-4. _________________

I'd put corner and 3/4 o.l.b. tied for first. Than free safety and t.e. tied for third. _________________ browns and indian fan 7272

| Happy with this news. Horton has had great success with this scheme and I really think we can get some nice pieces in the draft. The SEC has some nice D players coming out this year. DJ Swearinger in the 3rd/4th would be nice. Jungleboi, TJ, Haden and a good #2 corner through the draft or FA as our secondary would be sweet. |

Sounds about right to me. 1st rd cost more to move up.

agree with most everything. Adams might not be a superstar, but his play is far better than the garbage we have on the roster currently at FS.
IMO, FS role is in partnership that of the CBs.. one doesnt work without the other. Plus, News from Arizona has Horton liking to move his SS up into the box (think Steelers), which will put much more pressure on having a solid FS to cover the deep half of the field....
I have DB as the #1 need on the team, #2cb and FS combined, as fixing just one doesnt help... they both must be addressed this offseason.
The next need is TE right now as we are headed into next season with only Cameron and Gronkowski (not the good one) under contract. _________________

There isn't anyone who can start at the other 34 OLB and not be a disaster.
CB has people that can start there. Brown Bademosi Skrine Wade.
34 OLB is the #1 need _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

Brown is the only one who could legit start at corner and somewhat not worry, bademosi is a ST guy at best right now drone can play some nickle and wade has shown to be just depth and ST right now _________________ 2013 Joe Blackburn HOF Award Recipient

Agreed on most of the above.
Still a fact that there isn't a guy on the roster to play opposite sheard in the 34. _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

The only one of them who showed they should be on the field is brown then skrine in a pinch, neither of the other two showed they belong on the field anywhere but ST. _________________ 2013 Joe Blackburn HOF Award Recipient
