Going out a Pro Bowler  Great career, he is as smart and savvy as any player in the league but his body is gone. He would be a good fit on TV IMO. |

I think it was time for him. He's been a steady stalwart at his position forever though, and one of the better center's I've seen. Seems like a classy guy too.

Just a reminder Billy.
Saturday has enjoyed a very long career and at least was able to retire with a ring. He and Manning made for one of the best QB-C combos the league has probably ever seen.

Should have retired last year. He was terrible for the Packers. Great guy though and he deserves to go out with a PB simply for the great career he's had. Isn't the last we've heard of the man named Saturday though, he'll definitely be around as a FO man or a coach in some capacity.

Barry Sanders (naturally), and I'm sure a bunch of linemen have actually. Reputation carries those guys to an absurd number of pro bowls past their primes. |

That's the MO with linemen....they get to the Pro Bowl a couple years later than they should and stick around a couple years longer than they should. Especially the interior guys. |
