I was wrong, but still right.
Good catch. |
Tannehill just had his rookie year. Conventional or terrible?
He's a solid OL coach though and his experience will help Allen. Good hire. _________________

Ill never believe anything until it's comfirmed by someone outside of ESPN. They have continued to be the worst source of sports information around. _________________

Sparono a former HC.
April has had some of the best STs in awhile.
Olson has potential.
Plus tarver looks up and coming.
and we have Al Saunders as the Senior Assistant.
I totally expect us to be better next year. |
Sparano - Going on his 14th year in the league
April - Going on his 22nd year
Saunders - Going on his 30th
Olson - Going on his 12th
Again, we have so much experience now in a staff w/ a very young head coach. I don't see any problem w/ this even if some have had a little issue from time to time w/ success.
If everyone can work together, I think we'll be solid in the coaching department for once..... _________________

Hows this for a theory? Jake Long was arguably the best offensive line player in the NFL for many seasons under Sparano. However, Long had a disappointing season this year... WHEN TONY WAS NOT THE COACH. BEST OLINE COACH IN THE NFL? YUP. _________________ First jersey purchased: Jamarcus Russell.

Business as usual for the Raiders. We're used to this, anyway. Don't you remember? "Adam Schefter has always been a false rumor monger with respect to the Raiders"

Even though the Raiders are denying it, CBS, NFL News, SI, San Jose Mercury News are all reporting it's happened....... _________________

Has he had experience in play calling?
i have a feeling he will be our play caller... but this nothing than a hunch / Olsen's play calling seems very plain to me. _________________

Jets fans have said he's horrid at it. I'm fine with Olson doing it. _________________

if im correct he only play called in 2006 for the cowboys?
http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/dal/2006.htm
they definitely could put points up that year... with only 4 games without 20 points and 6 games of 30+
Im not sure if he was playcalling in Miami though _________________

Yea I like this hire regardless. If DA made this hire, then people who have claimed he has Ego problems are proven wrong.. as he just hired someone to help him... which implys he knows he needs help
The jets offence doesnt have much talent, so for a play caller that would be tough on anyone _________________
