I like the hire so far but I don't know much about his schemes etc.
Regardless this is ANOTHER coach w/ a TON of NFL coaching experience. We have a HC w/ very little but his entire staff has a lot. That is something I am looking highly upon. Let's hope they work together well. _________________

I'm stoked about this one. Sparano's a creep, but he knows OL. And has been a HC, even getting to the playoffs. He no doubt should be good support for Dennis Allen as a HC too. Now I'm getting pumped for the season. Our offensive coaching alone should improve our offense by a land slide. I honestly think Knapp was THAT bad. _________________

Actually if you take a step back and look, DA has put together a pretty damn good group of coaches.
Sparono a former HC.
April has had some of the best STs in awhile.
Olson has potential.
Plus tarver looks up and coming.
and we have Al Saunders as the Senior Assistant.
I totally expect us to be better next year. |

| I love this hire. Sparano has a ton of experience with the wildcat/Mobile quarterbacks. I think he will give a different insight and will be able to draw up some plays to get TP involved |

I agree. Hopefully we have corresponding awesome FA/draft success as well. _________________ If the Raiders don't trade back at 3, I want Fisher, Ziggy, or Star. |
