Good signing. There was some speculation that we were going after him because of Monte Kiffin.
@ the T-dot Packer fan. Surprise your a minority. Seriously. Alot of people in Toronto watch both. |
I vehemently disagree. In my age group at least (20), I can literally not tell you 1 person I know who watches the CFL. The Grey Cup is another matter, everyone watched it (I didn't) only because this year Toronto was actually in it. |
We'll I am 20 and I watch both, and love both. So now you know 1 . They are the same sport but a different game.
I think Torontotonians do not watch the CFL because they feel its sub-par league and the city is too snobby to watch something not "elite". Good luck getting and NFL team
As for the signing, I hate it for the Argos and really hate it being a Bills fan. _________________

The Pats guaranteed him his entire first year salary and $250k of his second year salary for a total of $655k guaranteed. That gives you an idea of how sought after he was. _________________ Shut up, NBT

I'm from Toronto.
I watched 2 CFL (Argo games) this year and that was only because they were in the Semis/Grey Cup.
I watch NFL, the rest of Canada (not including Toronto) watches CFL religiously. _________________

The CFL is huge up here in Edmonton. I don't watch it much simply because I'm used to watching the NFL, but the games can be pretty exciting. _________________

CFL is pretty huge here in Montreal.
Good signing, he has a great ability to get through the o-line. _________________

The Flames are definitely the team here in Calgary, but there are a decent amount of Stamp fans. _________________ First jersey purchased: Jamarcus Russell.

| Yeah the NFL is way bigger than the CFL in Toronto. Not too sure about the rest of the country though, probably more CFL fans. |

It isn't as popular as Nfl but those who watch Nfl tend not to pay much attention to Cfl games. Saskatchewan is probably the only exception. The Roughriders remind me of the Packers when it comes to the fanbase. Small but loyal local fanbase. |
