Redskins QB K. Cousins & OLB Brian Orakpo
for
Chiefs #1 overall pick
Is this a fair deal, or would you guys demand more?
btw...Is Tamba Hali on a Franchise TAG?
What's the consensus on you guys retaining him, or did he get a new deal?
Thank you for the discussion. _________________

Tamba Hali is under contract through 2015. Orakpo would make him expandable though, since we have Justin Houston as our other pass rusher and he is a beast. So we'd have to give you Tamba Hali as well and get something more back in return. I don't think it is fair value because Orakpo is a free agent after next season and we really only saw 3 games from Cousins. We'd probably rather draft our own guy 1st overall and hang onto Tamba/Houston. _________________

No all day, every day. I wanted to draft Cousins in the third/fourth this past April, but I fail to see how he's a second-round grade at this point in time. Orakpo is a great player but no.
No no no. _________________

I agree with all of you guys. I also don't see much value at the #1 position to make it worthy enough to want to trade back.
And Reid is going to want his guy. Not someone else's. Vick was a rarity. _________________

No not good. I don't think it's even a discussion without draft picks. The Redskins 1st pick would have to be in the conversation.
As for the QB, Cousins is a nice QB I think.. but pretty most Chiefs fans are expecting a QB with a higher ceiling than that for our future. I think he's possibly the best back up in the league and right where he belongs!
re. Tamba - he has a long term contract already and we're glad to have him _________________ In Andy We Trust!

we already have 2 stud OLBs. We don't need 3. _________________

Ok then..
It must be Bowe who I was thinking, that got the Franchise TAG.
Yes, You guys have 2 stud OLBers(Hali & Houston) & wouldn't really have a need for orakpo.
Cousins, yes
But not Orakpo.
I was thinking Hali was going to be a free agent.
Well..I wished I could think of something else to deal you guys besides Cousin, but i think you guys are stacked everywhere.
Awesome Running game
Awesome WR's (even without bowe, you have mcCluster, Baldwin and Breasten)
Great TE in Moeaki as well as Boss.
even losing Carr, you guys still got my man Flowers (most underrated Corner in the game)
and Arenas
Berry at strong
Not sure about your FS position?
i would say where you guys need the most help is on both your lines.
(I could be wrong, as you guys would know better)
Obviously, Albert is a stud
Not sure how Winston did this year for ya?
But your tackles look good.
How did Rodney Hudson do this year?
if I had to guess, you guys need help at the Guard position & maybe depth at DE.
Am I close? (and obviously QB)
(Yes, I know you have Tyson Jackson, but I know little about Bailey) _________________

Correct, it was Bowe on a franchise tag this past year.
Rodney Hudson is coming off a leg injury from really early this past year.
SO there is some questionmarks there, along with depth behind the starting guards (if Lilja does in fact retire). However, if Lilja is back that whole situation is pretty settled.
Hudson was looking very good in his short appearance this season, started the season off as our best lineman (speaking performance terms).
DE is a slight need with Jackson needing a restructure and Dorsey a free agent, but there are plenty of options to fill this without needing a trade (Seymour please!) along with some solid guys on the roster (RoPo and Bailey though he is also coming off injury). I expect Jackson to be restructured/retained. _________________ In Andy We Trust!

Redskins don't have a 1st rounder this year from the trade to get RGIII. From them moving up FOUR spots in the draft from 6 to 2, they gave up three 1st rounders and that year's 2nd rounder. You think we're going to give you the 1st overall pick for your 5th round QB from last year and an OLB when we are stacked at that position?
You'll have to tie in your 2nd this year, maybe a 4th/5th, then we can talk. _________________

I think if Andy makes a play for any young QB it would be for Nick Foles, a kid that already knows his offense. _________________
