So i need some help I traded back to 22 because every pass rusher was off the board, was hoping vaccaro would drop but he didnt
options still on the board with 4 picks to go
Sylvester Williams (could he play nt?)
Alec Ogletree (not a thumper, not really what we need there)
Sam Montgomery (only pass rusher left, but is he more of a 4-3 guy)
Johnthan Banks (love him but i think we need to fix the pass rush first)
Justin Hunter (my sleeper pick, tall big body kid that could change our passing game)
what do you guys think? |

Trade down again and get more picks.
If not I would take CB Jonthan Banks and consider DE Sam Montgomery or one of the big DT's to play NT. |

| I would love ogletree but only if we have a huge space eater at NT because our DE's (Hood, Heyward) are better penetrators than space eaters |

Okafor >> Montgomery
out of those guys though, Banks is definitely head and shoulders above. Thing is, we have 2 big CBs in Lewis and Cortez Allen. Poyer would probably end up as the best CB, ESPECIALLY the best nickel CB in the draft.
I'd draft Jesse Williams before Sylvester, if you go that direction.
I'd wait and grab Minter, Riddick, or Alonso (or even Chase Thomas) Rather than go Ogletree in the 1st. _________________

Jesse Williams is a big yes but if you miss him then Brandon Williams might be a good pick in the 3rd. If you get either Williams, you do not need a thumper at ILB.
I would not touch Sylvester for a NT. i think he is pure 4-3.
I like Minter over Ogletree. I think he could compete now vs waiting for Ogletree to learn the position.
If you are taking a WR in the 1st ( which I never like). Move back a bit and see if either DeAndre Hopkins or Cordarrelle Patterson are there. Both are a bit raw ( which is why you move back) but both have a high ceiling. I would not take Hunter in the 1st. He will be there in the 2nd. _________________

Agree with Jebrick, Sylvester Williams is not for us at all.
Ogletree & Montgomery are picks I would prefer to consider in the 2nd.
Banks & Hunter are the best of your list.
I'd go with Banks in this scenario, he will be successful at either CB or S depending where the dust settles.
As for Hunter, I didn't see the intrigue for most of his college career really.
Until recently a couple of his last games I saw something more than I've seen in the past, more of an eagerness to go get the ball and extend, separate. I like others am reluctant about him but can now at least see some reason to consider him.
That being said I have Hopkins, K.Allen, T. Williams, all ranked ahead of him and would consider taking Wheaton & Austin ahead of him as well.
I would consider Eiffert ahead of Hunter.
X. Rhodes should also be a consideration if he is on the board.
Personally I'd take a look at Lacy & Ball in this situation even though none of us really wants to commit a 1st round pick to RB, but I believe the talent is worthy. _________________

Would be looking at Keenan Allen as my first option if he's still available.
Lane Johnson second if he possibly fell.
Jesse Williams would be my third option.
Ertz/Eifert would be my final line of defense if I had to stay in the pick and the above were gone.
Personally wouldn't touch any of the names you listed or a RB at this point. _________________

With the guys that you have listed I'd go with Banks. If Jessie Williams is there is go with him.
Not a fan of wr in the first. There will be some decent options at that position in the 3rd and 4th round. _________________

Banks was off the board
It was a toss up between Okafor and Williams and i just felt a pass rusher who could cause sack fumbles was a bigger need ... but man i hope the real draft dont fall this way |

So so far you got Okafor and Hunter? I don't know who was available at the time but I do like those picks. _________________

20. Alex Okafor, DE/OLB, Texas
50. Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
80. Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State
81. Travis Frederick, OG/C, Wisconsin
114. B.W. Webb, CB, Williams & Mary
178. Bruce Taylor, ILB, Virginia Tech
208. Cierre Wood, RB, Notre Dame
209. Reid Fragel, OT, Ohio State
If i could change one thing i would have gone Jesse Williams round 1 but we covered all that
Frederick will help replace legs or foster who ever leaves, Fragel was worth taking a flier on in the 7th
Wood was because next year we will have 2 ufa RBs
Taylor was because up to that point i wiffed on every mid round NT i thought would fall ... so i went thumper ... i hope
alright slice and dice me I give myself a solid C |
