@BryanBroaddus: None of these WRs can get away from Desmond Trufant of Washington. He has played without any separation. No windows for QB to throw.

@BryanBroaddus: Okafor has really done a nice job of getting up the field both run and pass.

T.J. McDonald with a nice pick at North practice. Don't think his old DC saw it, though. Kiffin not in the stands with Cowboys coaches.

I think that he knows him pretty well already!

I really was impressed by Long and Quessenberry. Would not mind either of those two in the 2nd-4th rounds.

Question - Why was Kyle Long in JuCo? With his name, you'd expect a Top 10 program all 4 years

Academic issues forced him to leave while attending FSU...as did a DUI in January of '09.

Coaches have been using Phillip Thomas S in the slot instead of McDonald.

That's one of the things a lot of scouts have been saying he can do. *cough* Woodson *cough*

I wouldn't be shocked to see him go in the 1st round.

Ansah is a better athlete than any of the offensive linemen he's going against on the South roster, and that shows up on the practice field. While Monday's two hour practice session wasn't full speed or full contact, Ansah is wowing scouts with his quickness, athleticism and his awesome potential. This is a player still being developed.

Ansah's rise up draft boards will start this week.

Kyle Long, son of Howie and brother of Chris, lined up for the first time in his life at right tackle today. He looked good, but uncomfortable. The word on Kyle is that he'll move around this week to find his fit.

USC safety T.J. McDonald is an impressive specimen who has a chance to really move up my board this week if he can show better coverage skills. His range and tackling ability are there

At this point in my career, I would love to play for anybody, he said with a smile, but especially for a coach that I know. Im very familiar with that defense. I know hes bringing that defense to Dallas. I know Id be able to come in there, put my best foot forward, and be able to pick it up right away, and I know he knows that.

Ezekial Ansah is on the South team as well and missed the weigh in this morning because he was still at the doctors office so keep an eye on that.
