|
|

**please read the instructions and information before you make your vote**
You guys should know the drill by now
But here are a few changes:
-I will stop accepting votes for this poll the following day of the OP date @ 11:59pm
-If you vote, PLEASE in turn post in thread 1) Who you voted for 2) Who you would like to be added to the next poll
-Thread is open to discussion about anything pertaining to the rankings. You may respectfully disagree with someone's selection, but please do not "bash" or criticize someone for making a selection. I would like each selection to be made purely off of opinion, no pressure
-If you are a fan of another team just dropping by, feel free to submit a vote or join the discussion. Outside perspective is always welcome
-I will keep this going until we 1) Complete a 30 man roster 2) or interest drops off to the point where the process loses its function, in which cases the amount will be rounded off. At the end i would like to get this stickied as the official 2013 Seahawk player rankings
1. Richard Sherman
2.
3.
4.
5.

With how the list has played out so far I'd have...
1. Sherm
2. 'Shawn
3. Okung
4. Earl
5. Mebane
Otherwise I would slide Sherm to 3 and bump up 'Shawn and Okung.
Dangeruss is sliding in at the 6 spot for me probably _________________

Also, is there certain lead you want before a new thread is made in case you're not on somewhere down the road? Or are you just looking for a sizable lead. _________________

We usually have 15 to 25 voters (which gets lower later in the ranking, obviously). So, at that i point i usually look for a 3-4 point lead at least. I set each poll to lock after 3 days, so if it stays neck and neck throughout, i do a side thread for head-to-head voting _________________

Marshawn. Identity of the team and the offense runs through him. _________________

| While I like Marshawn, Okung and Earl I went with Unger. Really good center, was defiantly worth the contract he got |

Okay, that was one game.
The offense ran through Marshawn the whole season, and really helped take a large load off of Russell, helping him progress.
Yes, Russell has improved a lot and I’m expecting big things from him in 2013, but this teams identity is in the Beast. If Russell can progress from what he did in the second half of the season, he will easily be #1 next year. _________________

The Bears game he didn't have a great game either. Or the Patriots.
I agree Lynch is a contributing factor for Wilson's success this year though. _________________ Kam Chancellor-2012/2013 Season - 100 tackles - 1 FF - 2 FR - 0 INT

Sherman is #1??? Wow. I thought Lynch would be #1.
And this is Lynch's team. Wilson can definitely play but without Lynch teams would drop 7-8 into coverage. They balance each other out very nicely. |

Mebane over Russell Wilson would be a travesty. _________________
