Didn't know where to put this, but it seems that Chud is out in Cleveland. One season with no true QB is now way to treat a coach. This is why they are a crap franchise. There is no way you can quit on a coach in just one season...

Agreed. However they did have 5 pro bowlers. They are looking at what the Chiefs did last year. The problem is there is no Reid available this year.

Yea, but... C'mon man... really? sounds like an Al Davis move to me... I believe every coach deserves 3 years. What if Jerry Richardson would have quit on Rivera last season? 3 years is always the number for a coach. Not cool, man... not cool...

Don't disagree in the slightest. That was just my guess on what they were thinking.

Any comments about the Rick Flair betrayal to support the 49ers? Just wondering because I heard he and his trademark WOOO was a "staple" at the Panthers stadium for years. Then Steve Smith more or less called him a traitor and Drayton Florence didn't want to talk about it.

Pretty much everyone in Charlotte is ragging on him about it. He used to come on the Jumbotrons in the past until he had some run ins with the law. Fans were actually pleading for him to come back.

The organization turned their backs on him at one point, so it was not like the affiliation was that huge. Panthers need to get another big name in there to pump up the crowd, maybe Jimmy Johnson or Dale Earnhardt Jr, as they both live in the area.

I know this is kind of random but I was watching NFL replay, it was the Broncos vs someone, John Fox was in the locker room giving his post game speech, and it went something like, "great job men, you k-kept pounding...."

He still thinks about us guys, he'd rather have this team than the Broncos.

Our defense definitely. I think he's good with the offense he has though. Laughing
