IF he ends up following through with his retirement. I think that trying to get him to return will be the equivalent of a Heismann campaign in Atlanta. Irregardless he is without a doubt the GOAT. What a professional. He should have retired as a Chief. Thanks Pioli. _________________

If he couldn't get a ring here, I'm glad he couldn't get one in Atlanta. _________________

This needs to be locked until it's official. Not that he'll be wrong, but Billy Spikes made a mistake assuming it's a fact. _________________

I couldn't disagree more. His legacy belongs here, but he deserves a ring no matter what team he could have gotten it with. _________________ Come Follow My Oakland Multi-Sport Franchise! |

I agree too. He should of wanted to stay with the Chiefs. Loved watching him play and loved that he had a great career. |

When training camp was in River Falls I got to bs some with the guy and see him outside of his helmet so-to-speak and he surely came off as a nice and humble guy. During autograph sessions he would sign until he basically had to be drug away..."Tony come on we gotta go".."Ok I'm coming"... then signs for another ten min.
I'll definitely will cherish the experiance...not to mention the pics and autographs.
Good luck in your future Tony! _________________

I'm going to be kind of off the wall here. Am I the only one who doesn't want to see Tony retire as a Chief?
Don't get me wrong. He had a great career here. Personally just feel that if he wanted to leave so badly, and with the things he said on the way out, that I really don't want to see 88 in the Ring of Honor. _________________

He had a Hall of Fame career here, even before tacking on the 4 yearsin Atlanta. I absolutely feel he should retire as a Chief.
I don't think he wanted to leave so badly, I think he was simply open to it if they (Pioli) weren't planning a quick turn around and going to be rebuilding. _________________ In Andy We Trust!
