Solid hire, would Arians still be the playcaller? _________________

Good hire, but wasn't he supposed to retire a long time ago? _________________

Thought this guy was retired... Guess Arians was able to convince him to come back. Overall, a solid hire, if he's still got it. _________________ With much cheese,

The Cards just need to find a way to get Monty Kiffen from Dallas and have a geriatric home for their coaching staff. _________________

Great hire. _________________ Geno Smith, Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey, and Bruce Irvin will all have at least 1 pro bowl season each by the end of the decade.

What it lacks in youth it more than makes up for in knowledge and experience, offensively anyway. I'll take that trade. _________________

Not saying it's a bad thing, just trying to be light and make the point that it's not built for longevity.
Tom Moore is still a great offensive mind as is Arians, it's a good hire, it's just not one that I think is more than a year, two at the most till he's replaced. _________________

Good move here for the Cardinals. Moore is a really good offensive mind. _________________ Why, if it isn't my old friend, Mr. McGreg. With a leg for an arm and an arm for a leg. |

I guess it is a good hire, but as of late, the teams he's been with haven't had the best offenses.. _________________

Kinda weak point IMO. Moore was simply a consultant for the Jets and spent much of his time at his own personal home per an ESPN article that quotes Rex Ryan directly. He was with the Titans for what, 5-6 weeks? How anyone is supposed to turn around a poor offense under those circumstances is beyond me. _________________

| I guess I'm the only one that thinks this is NOT a good hire. He came to help the jets out and it did nothing. I hate to say it but the game has passed him. I think he WAS a great coach but time to send him off. |

It's not Tom's fault people keep hiring him. He should be happily retired, but he just can't say no. So long as the football execs still say to themselves, "Oh, there's the guy that turned Red Grange into a superstar! He'll help us!", he'll have an NFL gig. |
