Be patient with me, as I just thought this up a day or so ago & currently the only one setting this up.
If there are Mods or Members that want to help, feel free to ask. Otherwise, it's on me.

Btw....Once Rosters eventually get set.
We will have profiles for each team.

Obviously, the player names, but also what type of base offensive scheme your team runs. Is it the Pistol, West Coast, Jumbo TE set, etc? What kind of Defense does each team run? etc.

These will be used for the Seasonal 2013 Weekly matchups we have, eventually.

Some probably asking...How can we do 24 rds?
We will do the normal 7, then rotate back to the RD 1 to RD 7 again in same order.

So there will be 3 rotations of 7 rds. (21 rds)
Then an additional 3 rds (24 rd total)
Then last is Round 24 Compensatory picks for teams to makeup picks.

Just so everyone knows.

We should & hopefully will get through the draft, before the actual NFL compensatory picks added to teams. (which would screw everything up..lol) As we are trying to use the current draft order as we speak.

But if somehow we don't. We will update the draft selections.

No biggie...

Btw...for those interested in representing your team and not sure how to sign up.

Just post here!

Whether you want to be
BOSS of your team (owner) or
GM (General manager) or
HC (Head Coach)

Don't be afraid of the titles.... Laughing
It's not added responsibilities.
All it means is...
3 of you guys/girls of your team you love, will probably PM or work together on who you want to draft, when your draft selection comes up. NOTHING MORE. (What offensive scheme or Defensive schemes you would like to run, once your roster is set as a staff)

The only reason I have 3, instead of 2 GM's per team, is so we don't run into a difference of opinion on player(s) you guys want.

Plus, not everyone can be online at the same time per draft days.
If there are 3 GM's that can select a player, we can move along the process quicker & more smoothly.

That's all it is.
so SIGN UP!

Also want to add...the 3 respected team staff members per team can talk about what players they want, or who to draft per team FORUM.

This way, you can involve the whole fan base & they can participate in this with you.
Your choice of course... Just like in FFMD

But you 3 Staff members make the call, of course.

1 more helper from me, then I'm leaving this up to those interested.
See what shakes out..

If you were representing the Redskins, this is an example of how a draft could look and the cap number used. OK?

No 1st Round Selection
Redskins pick #51 Rd 2= QB Bart Star (9M) 91M leftover (HOFer)
Redskins pick #86 Rd 3= OLB Brian Orakpo (5M) 86M leftover Current or Retired Player from your team regardless of Pro Bowl appearances or not. (Cannot have played for anyone else)
Redskins pick #117 Rd 4= CB Ken Riley (1M) 85M leftover (retired)=Retired or Current Player(S) with 0 Pro Bowls & 0 HOF status, from any NFL Team other than your own & not a rookie. (retired player can NEVER have played for your team) and btw...He was ALL Pro X4...that's not the same as a Pro Bowler...just so you know, when researching.
Redskins pick #148 Rd 5= MLB Manti Te'o (3M) 82M leftover (rookie)=2013 Rookie Draft Class.
Redskins pick #155(Pats) Rd 5= DE Michael Strahan (7M) 75M leftover Current or Retired Pro Bowl Player from any other team than your own
Redskins pick #179 Rd 6=-------------------------------------
Redskins pick #214 Rd 7=-------------------------------------

Redskins then would NOT pick in Round 8 (or what would be...the 1st round repeated)
and draft repeats for them as it was)

This would be an acceptable draft by the Redskins, if this was what transpired.

But at least now...you guys got to see an example of how this would work.
