Absolutely not. There's nothing that even indicates he was even involved. It could be a simple false identity and after questioning, he's got nothing to do with it.
You're insinuating that you expect him to be suspended until further notice for something he might possibly have nothing to do with? That's ridiculous. That could take months to settle a case like this, if it goes that far. Why punish the innocent? _________________ Come Follow My Oakland Multi-Sport Franchise! |

Yeah, I believe it when facts actually come out that incriminate him. Color me extremely skeptical. _________________

I revert back to O.J. Simpson's views on high profile athletes being accused of sexual assault.

LOL why? He hasn't been charged with anything... |
Who cares? Neither was Ben but that was enough for most idiots to crucify him.
PS: For the record, I agree with you, but ignorant people just like to trash players with legal issues without knowing the facts. _________________

I think Crabs will BEAST on Sunday...
Even if he was out, Moss and Davis are good enough with Gore running heavy and Knap as a threat to run...
I think 9ers make a statement now but I think Pats will too. So...Who will have more momo?!?
If he's charged let alone guilty, I doubt it affects this season... |

If it's a case of mistaken identity cool. Otherwise he needs to be suspended. |

There a lot of lying from the female side about stuff like this. Athletes even more I would assume. I'm skeptical _________________

We all know the Brian Banks story. I for one will consider Crabtree innocent until proven guilty.
I've heard that Harbaugh has a zero tolerance policy for violence against women - any truth to that? If Crabtree ends up guilty it could really test Harbaugh's word. |

+1. Just like the Richard Sherman case!
Kidding about that, back to the topic at hand! I think crabs should definitely not be suspended until he is proven guilty. NFL players are big targets, and some girl could easily accuse him of this, so he should at least be given the chance to prove he's innocent. _________________ [quote="aceinthehouse"]

I don't think this is funny, at all. Sexual assault is nothing to make a joke out of. I'm sure you wouldn't be talking like that if it was your mom or sister, and there's no place on FF for talk like that. _________________

considering it is alleged, he should have as much right to assume Crabtree is innocent, as other do to assume he is guilty.
If he so chooses to believe that he is innocent, and she is merely making these claims in order to benefit her favorite team, he should be allowed too. |
