Wilson. Remember Rob Ryans comments about when they drafted Wilson? He said that his brother told him that the Browns coaching staff wanted the guy they took in the first round. _________________

I'd give a 7th round pick for Kyle Wilson. A 6th at most.
But if Asante Samuel went for a 7th, Kyle Wilson shouldn't go for any more than that. _________________

Samuel went that late b/c of his remaining terms of his contract. He was owed a ton of money. _________________

If Horton likes big OLBs we should seriously consider Paul Kruger. I'd love to get him and Keenan Lewis. _________________

I was thinking the same thing... good player and a good personal story too... but I cant imagine the Ravens would let him leave. _________________

How are they gonna afford him with Flaccos contract situation?
They also have Upshaw and Suggs. _________________

not sure... I havent looked at their cap info.
With Ray off the books saves the team 5-6 mil per year, Reed was over 7 million this year and he wont be back either.
looking through Ravens contracts and they have alot of expiring this year... _________________

Flacco's agent wants him to get top 5 money, so even if they can't come to an agreement and he gets the exclusive franchise tag, they are still looking at 16-17 mil to keep him. _________________ "If you can't stand the neural activity, than stay out of the neural activator" -Professor Fink

First off i love the horton signing. We have built a very good staff to help chud as a first time head coach. Since it seems we're switching to the 3-4 (or atleast some sort of hybrid look) one of the first names that popped to my mind was kruger. Flacco is going to get paid this offseason so he might hit fa. We've got plenty of money to spend and i wouldn't mind throwing some cash his way. |

His brother is in the draft this year. Joe Kruger out of out Utah. 6'7 280. Anyone know anything about him? Could he be a 34 DE? Imagine taking him in the middle of the draft and signing Paul and Keenan Lewis in FA. Trade down and take Dion Jordan whilst picking up a 2nd.
Who am I kidding? I can't look past Star at the moment! |
