That's just it. I can tell you first hand that the Steelers lead brass put a ton of stock in character as well. A guy like Adams would have been taken off the board more times than not. Fact is that young man was not only talking it, he was walking it. I can't do details on here but it is public if one wants to look it up. Money talks guys!
Hard to say how this thing will play out for Ogletree. But I wish him the best and hope like hell he learns from all of this. I do think that's a good kid also. Good chance he will turn the corner when he gets inside a pro locker room and money starts coming into play. _________________

Wish him the best but if he's going to seriously hurt himself he should step away. Felt the same way about Collins _________________

You guys remember Sam McGuffie when he came out of high school? Smart kid. Looking back on it now the kid might have been the first to hype his game on youtube. I was working at PSU at the time and I remember so much being made of so little. Kid sure could sell it though. I remember over and over reading how Mich just got the next R.Bush........ _________________

Yeah, I caught that too. No joke, I lived two doors down from drug house who had a 12 year old who had a baby with a 13 year old. Rural Wisconsin FTW . I was about 5-6 years older, and I couldn't help but realize how that cute little girl turned into a 12 year old mother and how her and her kid had little chance of a happy life.
This dude turned his life around. Successful college player with a professional future, only to be derailed with a spinal condition/injury. I wish him the best. Hope he has the skills to go into coaching or speaking. |

For real though good move on his part going into the foster system. I grew up with a kid that basically had his background. Full ride to SDSU to play basketball or baseball (whichever he wanted) but got caught up in the drugs his mom was on and just tweaks in Portland now. _________________

Anybody have a breakdown of Jonathan Hankins, John Jenkins, and Jesse Williams? In my first round mock I just posted all three were sitting there and I was a bit unsure on their differences _________________
