Maybe because I didn't know the story beforehand, but I find myself not caring lol _________________ XBL/PSN: Chainedsniper |

Don't they have their MLB now in Burfict? _________________

Burfict has been playing on the outside all year with Maualuga on the inside. Either Te'o could replace Maualuga on the inside or Burfict would move in and Te'o would play outside. |

Let's hope this makes him drop right into our laps on draft day.
I see absolutely no problem with this whole thing. All kids are conversing on the internet these days. Maybe she conned him into believing she was someone she wasn't. Not a big deal if you ask me. _________________

I just don't get it...
He's a friggin' KID! He's barley lived his life and he's being condemned for something like this?
Like people have mentioned, this kid is an angel compared to some people in the NFL. We have suspected murderers, suspected rapists, suspected woman beaters and now we label THIS...being a foolish kid...as being a "character issue?"
Yes, it's a stupid situation that was 100% avoidable but I'm not going to lynch the guy over a life lesson. _________________ "Man, Adrian Peterson doesn't get tackled. He just decides that's enough for one carry."

As far as I'm concerned, this would a worst case scenerio in this whole ordeal. Even without these recent issues, he's a poor fit with our defense. At MLB, we need someone who has sideline-to-sideline speed, great coverage ability, and who is a sure tackler in space. Te'o has none of those attributes.
Further, it's really hard to believe that he's not involved in some way with things like this out there:
| Quote: | | An Associated Press review of news coverage found that the Heisman Trophy runner-up talked about his doomed love in a Web interview on Dec. 8 and again in a newspaper interview published Dec. 11. He and the university said Wednesday that he learned on Dec. 6 that it was all a hoax, that not only wasn’t she dead, she wasn’t real. |

I liked Kevin Minter over Te'O before all of this began anyway. _________________

At MLB, I'd take Ogletree, Minter, Arthur Brown, and I'd strongly consider Hodges and Khaseem Greene before taking Te'o. |

I'm beginning to view Ogletree as a WLB only at this point. Same goes for Greene and Hodges. _________________

With Ogletree, I can see the argument that he'd be better at WLB for at least the first year or two as he bulks up and continues to learn the position (although I don't think it would be strictly necessary), but I don't see why he can't be a successful MLB long term, especially in what is increasingly becoming a passing league.
As far Greene and Hodges, I agree that they're both OLBs, but I'd still strongly consider both at MLB for our D over Te'o because I dislike Te'o's fit that much. |

I think he was in on it in the end. And when he wanted to kill the hoax he killed the girl.
I do think he can bounce back from it if he owns it. We are all guilty of something and we admire the strength to face damage that is self-inflicted. The sooner the better for him.
Now the issue is can he play? Yeah, and third round I would snatch him pending the customary/crazy interviews. That said I would prefer Ogletree who even if he doesnt fit MLB his upside is so big in our system that just him at LB next year would improve us. Talented fast kid. _________________

| He will drop and Speilman will grab him because hes a Notre Dame guy. I wasnt impressed with him in the championship game but I could see us go Wr,DT then TEO. But i would prefer Ogletre or Mosely if he declares |

I would take a Keenan Allen/Cordarrelle Patterson over him.
I dont particularly like his skill set for our MLB position _________________
