Huge fan of Star.
Would be all for it...But we certainly would need to find a pass rushing OLB. _________________

To be completly honest, I havnt watched much of star.
DT is so low of a need for us I've never paid attention.
Having said that, I think it would be a waste given the depth on the DL the browns would have.
I also don't know how athletic he is since I havnt watched him. Kam, cold you update me on him quickly?
If he's more wilfork than Suh, and we drafted him, id say we may be better off rnning a 2 gap 34. BB thought it was worth 3 first rounders to run it, and that worked well for him. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

I've been calling for Star for ahwhile now.
The dude is honestly the next Ngata IMO.
He won't be there at 6 though. _________________

Hey I was just trying think outside the box. I have seen a lot of Ngata comparisons made about star for what it's worth. I have also scene him ranked the top DT forever and the top DL in the draft a lot.
here ya go bulldawg

True
Moore or Star better be there for us.
Joeckel, Geno will go before us. Hopefully some other randoms as well.
I'm still not convinced that we go to a 3-4 though.
SD isn't letting what's his name leave for Cleveland. I think Tucker is the front runner and will PROBABLY run the 4-3.
At least i'm praying _________________

I tell you what if they did draft Star just about any linebacking core would effective with those guys in front of them. _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

Man, if you guarantee that we get a guy like Spencer,Kruger, or Barwin,in Free Agency, IM ALL IN!!!!!
That may be one of the nastiest 3-4 front lines..... _________________ Murray State University Alum: Go Racers

Oh and that would leave Winn Hughes and Kitchen as depth _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

Sorry I can't. Like you I haven't watched any DTs. Even when Utah was on and I had no one else to watch I was watching Joe Kruger. I will say in all the games I have watched he never once made a pop the way Ngata and Suh did in college the guys he is compared to most often. _________________

If Star is there and we're switching to a 34 I'm hoping to trade down and try to get a first to get a OLB like Dion Jordan and a 2nd to get a CB\FS like David Amerson. Our D-line looks great to be put in a 34 only question is really if Sheard can cover and I think he'll be able to with the way Belicheck wanted him coming out of Pitt. _________________

| I still feel like OLB would be the biggest need. I like star, but the position he plays isn't exactly a huge need of ours. Obviously you can't have enough good DLmen, but we need a pass rusher badly. I think they'd be foolish to go with a DT |
