I was talking about McMillian/Jennings.
Athletically, maybe. Football, eh. _________________

Apparently the Texans reportedly offered Reed a 3 year deal at just a hair over 4 a year. Never thought he'd see that kind of contract on the market given his age and declining athletic ability.
Funny thing, Reed has been asking for 6-7 per according to some sources. Ha, good luck finding that out there at this stage of the game.
I think 4 a year is overpaying for that kind of production for him. _________________

Eh, 4M for a 1 year rental from Reed while they get a safety to replace him could be worth it to them. _________________

If it was just a one-year deal at that price it wouldn't be as hard to swallow but I still believe it's not worth the production you'd get out of him. In the end it would depend on what the guaranteed numbers would be. _________________

| Any chance that now that no teams are showing any interest in Woodson really, that we can get him back on a cheap one-year deal? |

Not that it was a bad split up, but I think some of these guys would rather go elsewhere than look like the are "crawling back" to their old team for "peanuts". But that is just how I see it. |

Sounds like Bradshaw is walking on his own.
Anyone up on the Giants cap situation? _________________

i was just looking to see if he'd made a visit here yet or not. i think this makes so much sense. veteran, rangy, athletic DB who will cost a lot less than Chuck. _________________

Huff would be a great signing that would fit a position of need _________________

Just covering all the bases and looking to improve the team where they can. _________________
