not saying there is a connection... just saying
but seriously, if a co-worker was able to break news on TT kicking tires with a former packer looking for work... lollerskates | We already had another poster see him playing Craps at Oneida in Green Bay.

Nick Barnett is playing tables right now on the casino floor. I stood next to him while he threw dice for about an hour (I didn't bother him). Got me thinking about where he will sign, we obviously don't have room for him, where do you think he goes? Kind of cool to see him. |
My guess is he's in town visiting friends. |
dont ruin this for me jerk!
honestly... we dont need him
with bish/smith/rob coming back & hawk reducing costs... manning hopefully developing his 2nd year
just no room @ ILB depth unless someone comes out of camp a monster |

I wouldn't mind swapping Harrell for Hasselbeck while we keep developing Coleman. _________________

Per Rotoworld, the Packers are one of 4 teams to have reached out to FA DB Michael Huff.

Honestly would love to see Huff in GB. Would fill a need and add some competition for the younger guys. _________________

I remember him being picked high out of Texas and there were rumors a couple years back that we might trade for him. I've also heard that Oakland tried making him a corner which isn't his natural position. _________________

Apparently he's a nice FS type. Might be a great fit. _________________

i like Huffs versatility. he might be able to do some of the stuff that Wood was doing. i'm pretty sure that Reggie is purging bad contracts in Oakland with extreme prejudice so i'm not sure where Huffs ability is at but our secondary is young especially at safety. _________________

??? Extremely athletic. They blow this years safety class out of the water in that department. _________________
