Total sense. I'm definitely using Julio as my fantasy keeper. Guy is a baller and paired with the rest of our offense, I wouldn't bet against us on anything.

Grimes: A resigning of him will in my opinion be a luxury. If we don't go out and get a DE/OL/TE in free agency, I think it's possible. Not entirely sure of our cap situation, he will definitely be a luxury.
Samuel: Still got it
Robinson: Hate him as an outside corner, but he's almost worth the money in the slot. Main deal will be if Nolen thinks he's worth the cap space.
Franks and Owens: Will be fighting for final roster spots if they even get the opportunity.
McClain: God I hope he's not a one year wonder. If somehow we brought back everyone and had... Grimes-Robinson-McClain-Samuel ... I think we'd have a top notch secondary. McClain looks like he'd go perfect as a 4th man.
So to sum it up, we need to replace whoever leaves. But if they all come back, I'm perfectly fine with our situation.

The secondary isn't the problem with this team at all, not even Dunta. We need DL help bad. Idk if TD wants to trade up for another bust proof player like he did with Julio or what. IMO the bust proof D lineman in this draft would be Lotulelei, with Moore being a close second. And no Tony is a HUGE hole to fill next year

With the way Vernon Davis and other WR get open i can say Secondary and the defense entire is a problem. Resigning Grimes to another 1 year contract and Dunta being NCB could help.

I think the middle of the field and our pass rush are what we really need to get addressed. A great cover linebacker and a DE or two are what I would want in the draft at this point. Everything else would be icing on the cake. The first 3 are must-gets though IMO.

Dunta sucked at nickel in the beginning of the year, remember? Every secondary is going to allow passing plays once in a while, it happens. We need a pass rush that can both get to the QB and make the QB make questionable decisions that our ball-hawks in the secondary (Asante, Decoud, Moore) can capitalize on. A cover linebacker would definitely be nice, don't get me wrong. But I would not put it above D line or even TE for that matter. I might even argue that RB would be a bigger need. Imagine how elite this offense would be with a good, consistent RB

This sucks. 10 yards short. We squander a 17-0 lead, don't score a point int he 2nd half, and fall flat in the 3rd and 4th quarters. Not sure why, but we need to get this figured out. I wasn't even that mad when we lost, just knowing that we played pretty well but when I think back on the loss, I can't help but think how close we were, If Ryan lobbed the ball over White and led Gonzalez it's a touchdown, you could see him starting to panic in the pocket. What happened to our D and covering TEs. We were containing Kaep all day, why couldnt we go to man coverage. Davis was getting behind the LBs all day. It sucks that were in the same boat as the 29 other teams in the NFL, but it only gets me even more excited for next year. Ughh we have to wait a year!!!!!!
It's a bummer because had we of made it to the Super Bowl, I would've loved our chances against a pocket QB in Brady and Flacco alot more then Wilson/Kaepernick.
This loss leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
