- CB Derek Cox
- WR Jordan Shipley

Roman, not sure about the rest.

2. 4-3 or 3-4

3-4

3. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Veteran QB (state who - not Tim Tebow or Michael Vick lololol), Rookie QB (state who)

Chad

4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

- FB Greg Jones
- LB Daryl Smith
- DT Terrance Knighton
- CB Derek Cox
- WR Jordan Shipley

No Deal for any of them.

5. Potential Surprise Cuts (Max: 3 - give reasoning)

laurent robinson, Guy Wimper. Concussions and terrible, respectively.

6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?

Jake Long, lawrence sidbury, paul kruger, nnamdi (cut). Solidify RT, 2 guys who can play in the 3-4, help with CB depth.

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith-no, terrible
- QB Tyler Wilson, not sure, need to watch more
- DT Star Lotulelei- solid choice
- DE Damontre Moore-solid choice, prefer star though
- DE Bjoern Werner, not a huge fan.

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?

Jarvis Jones, Matt Barkley, margus hunt.

1. Head Coach? OC? DC? ST if you care and more!?!?
HC- Greg Roman
DC - Jim Tomsula (dline coach for San Fran)
OC - Pep Hamilton (OC for Stanford)

2. 4-3 or 3-4
- I prefer the 4-3 but, Tomsula would most likely switch us to a 3-4.

3. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Veteran QB (state who - not Tim Tebow or Michael Vick lololol), Rookie QB (state who)
- rather draft one than get Alex Smith.
Geno, Nassib, or Dysert.

4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

- FB Greg Jones - no deal
- LB Daryl Smith - no deal (only because of the switch to the 3-4)
- DT Terrance Knighton - deal
- CB Derek Cox - deal
- WR Jordan Shipley - deal

5. Potential Surprise Cuts (Max: 3 - give reasoning)
- ill come back to this one after I look at cap numbers.

6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?
- Sebastion Volimer - fix the RT position for the short term.
- Conner Barwin/Anthony Spencer - with the switch to a 3-4 we would need To sign at least one OLB.

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith - top qb in the draft. Great pocket poise, good enough arm strength, and accurate.
- QB Tyler Wilson - too worried about his concussion history.
- DT Star Lotulelei - top player in the draft. Fits in a 3-4 or 4-3.
- DE Damontre Moore - quick burst off the line and crazy motor. Have seen him chase down a wr 30 yards down the field.
- DE Bjoern Werner - extremely talented but, doesn't have the crazy motor like Moore. May be more talented though.

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?

2. Potentially trade down with someone who wants Joeckel. If not I'd say take Star.
33. Zac Dysert
64. Blidi Wreh-Wilson

These are all what we want, and not necessarily what we expect?

1. Greg Roman for HC - DC and OC someone from that coaching line at Stanford/SF

2. I'd prefer a 3-4, if we can make it work.

3. In order...
Stud rookie prospect
Alex Smith with development guy behind him
Blaine Gabbert
Chad Henne

4. I'd prefer they all get deals.

5. Robinson - injury history
Gabbert or Henne - beat out in QB Competition by 2+ others

6. I'd expect a G/RT to likely be of biggest concern for free agency, as far as starters go.

7. I haven't looked at enough film one any of them to make proper determinations. Geno and Star gets thumbs up, and the others get I completes.

8. Not confident enough to answer, but one of Geno or Dysert would probably be on my wish list.

I fully expect one of Keith Armstrong or Greg Roman to the Head Coach (Roman brings Chryst - OC and no idea about a DC)

2. 4-3 or 3-4

4-3

3. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Veteran QB (state who - not Tim Tebow or Michael Vick lololol), Rookie QB (state who)

Blaine Gabbert.

4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

- FB Greg Jones - no deal
- LB Daryl Smith - deal
- DT Terrance Knighton - no deal
- CB Derek Cox - deal
- WR Jordan Shipley - no deal

5. Potential Surprise Cuts (Max: 3 - give reasoning)

Dwight Lowery - Never healthy, making too much.
Laurent Robinson - Cap hit doubles in 2014, cut him now, save roster bonus.

6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?

Free Agent:
Andre Smith, OT
Greg Jennings, WR
Michael Johnson, DE
Protect QB, Save QB, Get QB.

Trades:
Maurice Jones-Drew 3rd and 5th

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith - Matt Ryan
- QB Tyler Wilson - Top QB, but not sure I want.
- DT Star Lotulelei - DT, DE, this year's Dontari Poe, but with gret tape.
- DE Damontre Moore - Too inconsistent, no sure position, takes games off.
- DE Bjoern Werner - Best hands, and initial launch, gets lazy and inconsistent.

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?

2- Star Lotuelelei, DT Utah
33- Zac Dysert, QB Miami (OH)
66 - Shamarko Thomas, S Syracuse

1. Head Coach? OC? DC? ST if you care and more!?!? greg roman

2. 4-3 or 3-4 3-4 much easier to get pass rush players that pan out

3. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Veteran QB (state who - not Tim Tebow or Michael Vick lololol), Rookie QB (state who)
Henne

4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

- FB Greg Jones No Deal
- LB Daryl Smith No Deal
- DT Terrance Knighton Deal
- CB Derek Cox Deal
- WR Jordan Shipley Get this dude back!

5. Potential Surprise Cuts (Max: 3 - give reasoning)
Robinson: brain dead

6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?
Jake Long we need him paired with Monroe. would be sick
Trades
Ryan Mallet for Blaine Gabbert and a 5th round pick
Percy Harvin for swapping 2nd round picks

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith Will take some time on the bench to get the most out of him
- QB Tyler Wilson Stands in pocket till last second takes shots to make plays
- DT Star Lotulelei I know nothing about him.
- DE Damontre Moore No Clue
- DE Bjoern Werner I believe this guy is german or something and started playing football 5 years ago, no thanks

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?
2) Luke Joeckel. This team needs lineman so bad!
33) Barrett Jones. This team needs lineman so bad!
64) Desmond Trufant. From this pick on need to draft defense!

1. Head Coach - I guess Roman is too easy.
OC - No idea, but I assume SF's quarterbacks coach could be a candidate.
DC - No idea, but I have to assume FS's linebackers coach could be a candidate.
ST - Hell if I know.
if you care and more!?!?

2. 4-3 or 3-4

I'm going to say a hybrid where you have a linebacker who's basically a standing defensive end (SF/Dallas/Baltimore).

3. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Veteran QB (state who - not Tim Tebow or Michael Vick lololol), Rookie QB (state who)

Blaine / Palmer / New Guy.

4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

- FB Greg Jones - No Deal
- LB Daryl Smith - Deal (Rashean Type)
- DT Terrance Knighton - Deal (Quality NT's aren't easy to come by and he'll be cheaper than he should be)
- CB Derek Cox - Deal (Similar situation to Pot Roast, but worth the risk)
- WR Jordan Shipley - Deal (No reason not to keep him around)

5. Potential Surprise Cuts (Max: 3 - give reasoning)

- Chad Henne (Not really surprising because he sucks, but it'll [inappropriate/removed] fans off)
- Aaron Ross (Just don't think he has anything to offer).
- Jason Babin (I think we run a 3-4 4-3 hybrid and he just doesn't fit).

6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?

- I think we are at least in the conversation for Percy. Every team could use the guy
- If Mike Wallace hits free agency, I'd like to be a player.
- Jermichael Finley would be interesting, but I think he overvalues himself.
- One of Shaun Phillips or Anthony Spencer if we turn to a 3-4, although I do think Mincey and Branch could be fits in a similar way these two have been at linebacker. I wouldn't overpay for either though.
- I've been a fan of Sean Smith and I'd be happy to pursue him, but it won't break my heart if not. We need CB help though.

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith - Love him. Top three pick. High risk/reward though.
- QB Tyler Wilson - No a big fan, but the talent is there. The fact that he'll most likely be a top 10 pick speaks to the strength of this QB class.
- DT Star Lotulelei - Ceiling=best in the game. Floor=elite. Can't miss prospect.
- DE Damontre Moore - Honestly don't know enough about the guy to form an opinion. Imagine Star/Alualu/Pot Roast/Mosely as a 3-4 rotation...
- DE Bjoern Werner - Can be special, especially if he lands in an aggressive system, but his floor can be low.

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?

#2 - Werner (4-3) or Star (3-4).
#33 - Interior offensive lineman.
#64 - a runningback.

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?

1. Greg Roman or Keith Armstrong
2. 4-3
3. Blaine Gabbert

4.

- No Deal
- Deal
- No Deal
- Deal
- Deal

5. WR Laurent Robinson (though not too surprising, really - Clint Session level), OT Guy Whimper because it seems impossible, CB Aaron Ross (contract-related)

6. RT - Probably Sebastian Vollmer or Andre Smith. Would love to pair Monroe and Smith together at OT.
Pass Rusher - Not sure who. Several options though.
CB - A few options as well, but not sure who.

7.

- Mobile Matt Ryan. Would be good with him.
- A lot of potential if healthy. Insanely accurate.
- Who I want right now.
- Not as high on him as others, but has a lot of potential and can contribute immediately.
- A lot of potential and can be an average player immediately and improve from there. Would love for him, Branch, and Lane to be the top 3 heading into the future once Mincey is gone.

With DE though, I really like the potential value on Alex Okafor near the end of the first round or possibly even at 33.

8.

#2 - Utah DT Star Lotulelei
#33 - Texas DE Alex Okafor
#64 - Utah State CB Will Davis or a QB though kind of doubtful

I actually meant to mention Percy as a possibility. Whoops.

I agree on the Finley point as well. Probably will overvalue himself and some team will probably overpay him.

I think Percy is a good fit, but I still wouldn't give much draft equity for him. But he does fit with Khan's desire to appeal to Gator fans as well as Calwell's desire to acquire the best talent possible.

I'm thinking Jay Gruden...
2. 4-3 or 3-4

3. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Veteran QB (state who - not Tim Tebow or Michael Vick lololol), Rookie QB (state who)
Rookie QB- Geno or Nassib
4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

- FB Greg Jones No deal
- LB Daryl Smith DEAL
- DT Terrance Knighton NO DEAL
- CB Derek Cox DEAL
- WR Jordan Shipley DEAL

5. Potential Surprise Cuts (Max: 3 - give reasoning)
Laurent Robinson- 4 in a season is absolutely no joke plus he's got all of that guaranteed $ from Gene. I think he retires

Mojo- Front office decides that it wants too take team in a new direction and that he just doesn't add enough compared too his baggage

( wow that's a stretch im done)
6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?
Sebastian Vollmer RT
Justin Forsett RB
Cliff Avril OR Michael Johnson

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith- I feel like alot of people have soured on Geno because he didn't win alot of games in the last part of the season. WV's O-line and defense are deplorable I do not hold those losses against him completely.
He's got all of the tools, He already throws into nfl sized windows and has special deep ball accuracy. He has great pocket awareness defender's basically line up in his backfield for god's sake. My favorite thing about Geno is that he has the tool's too be a scrambling QB but instead keeps his eyes downfield and usually only uses his elusiveness too shake defenders. This leads to big plays. I think in the right system he can be another rookie phenom.

- QB Tyler Wilson- Haven't watched alot of tape but those concussions scare the crap out of me.
- DT Star Lotulelei
- DE Damontre Moore I don't really have an eye for defensive talent
- DE Bjoern Werner

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?
Geno Smith Alex Okafor Bildi Wreh-Wilson

A hopefully improved Blaine Gabbert or Alex Smith.
4. Fast 5: Deal or No Deal

I dunno. Alualu maybe?
6. FA Targets/Signings - Who/Why? Trades?
Alex Smith maybe.

7. - Fast 5: #2 (Give thoughts on each)

- QB Geno Smith- Project. Meh.
- QB Tyler Wilson- Decent prospect, would be a great pick. In round 2.
- DT Star Lotulelei- Best pick for us at 2.
- DE Damontre Moore- Good prospect. Wouldn't mind the pick.
- DE Bjoern Werner- Wouldn't mind.

8. Who should we take at #2, #33, and #64 (2 forfeited second round selections so would normally be #66)?
2- Star
33- Glennon (doubt he's available though)
