If you guys land Horton you guys would have had a nearly perfect Off-Season thus far.
Two Exceptional and Bright Coordinators to team up with a new Head Coach.
Impressive.
Also. Can Dallas haz Jabaal Sheard. Plz. Pretty Plz!? We can Tag and Trade you Spencer for him _________________

Don't worry. Works pretty well elsewhere in the league, when a team has the right coach and the right personnel, at least. haha _________________ Everything happens exactly the way it is supposed to happen...otherwise, it would happen some other way |

I really don't want to go 3-4, but if we got Horton? I think I could be ok with it. He's a pretty darn good DC |
Exactly. Horton runs a very aggressive scheme, and he does mix up the front, so it's sort of a hybrid. Lots of zone blitzes (like his mentor LeBeau) but a few more hybrid concepts.
My hopes are officially up. Landing Horton would fire me up. _________________ Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

@KeithBritton86: I've been told Ray Horton is very likely to end up as #Browns defensive coordinator. Especially after not being hired in AZ.
He's been the most accurate so far, look like its getting closer to happening. I like it a lot. What do y'all think? _________________ "If you can't stand the neural activity, than stay out of the neural activator" -Professor Fink

Man If he comes here as DC... with Norv as our OC.
I thought nobody wanted to work for me? _________________

Not only would it be great because he seems to be a hell of D coach, but as a former player and a younger guy, I think our guys would relate to him and probably be pretty comfortable with him.
Huge coup
Thanks AZ _________________

This is like the PERFECT FIT...if its true
1. Chud wants to run an attacking style 3-4....we have 4-3 personnel (before the draft) and Horton runs a Hybrid 4-3/3-4 D....
2. He's a Former Player...I like Defensive guys who were former players..
3. He came up through the coaching ranks with the Steelers for a few years while Hasslem was a minority owner there...
4. Horton was a starting DB for the Dallas Cowboys when Norv Tuner was the OC......
5. He was originally my #1 choice for HC...ok that's not a real reason...
6. Could there be something to the Rumor???? His Wikki Page ALREADY has CLEVELAND BROWNS on it...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Horton
7. He knows the AFC North and what it takes to win there.
If we get Chud, with Norv as OC and Horton as DC????
This new Front office and owner will HAVE MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION!!! _________________ -A team is built through the Draft.
