If we go hybrid, I'll start calling it the Browns mixed breed defense.

It is interesting that we've talked to Morris, he ran a 4/3 right?

There is a "strong possibility" Florida DC Dan Quinn will return to Seattle to replace Gus Bradley as DC, though CLEV and PHIL interested.

Quinn runs a hybrid 4-3

Seattle just officially hired Quinn as DC.

When a team is hiring a head coach & iterveiws coach on the old staff & then hires someone else, those coaches normally move on. That being said IMO the next DC will be Mel Tucker or Ray Horton (unless he gets the Cards job).

Horton would be a top choice with the Browns, where he interviewed as a HC candidate, while Chip Kelly likely wants a DC other than Bowles

The thing is that if our defense is good Horton would probably be gone in a couple years onto a HC job. At least Turner has pretty much royally screwed himself out of being a head coach for a while.

That being said Horton is one of the few people I'd be okay going back to a 3-4 for.
