For me it was more like Watt with the #9 then trade #40 and #71 for Gabe.

That would have made me a very happy man.

If there is a search function, I couldn't find it, but I'm sure I had us moving down, and taking Robert Quinn.

It really isn't a bad signing. If it works out and he plays as he did early in his career, great they get a very good player. If he sucks, no problem it's only a 1 year deal.

If Felix Jones doesn't win the #2 RB job in Training Camp/Preseason, he will likely not make the team. Why pay league minimum for a veteran #3 RB when you can pay league minimum to a rookie who will likely play on more Special Teams units?

Just so everyone knows i am not a troll...just a person who foolishly chose a name based on a player on my team...and is no longer on my team.

Having a wee bit of buyer's remorse?

This is totally off topic, but your comment triggered my thought on how excited I am to see Bielema ball in the SEC.

You and me both! Enduring 1 year of John L. Smith, in order to go from Petrino to Bielema, was worth it. It'll be cool to see some o-linemen who actually know how to run block. Incoming Freshman RB Alex Collins will be SEC newcomer of the year and a Freshman All American.

To get back on topic, I'm calling it now. Felix Jones will not make the opening day roster with the Eagles.

I would be happy if we took a shot at Bradshaw for vet minimum if he would sign for that. He is injury prone yes but Him along with Murray and Randle could make for a good rb trio. His knees must be in really bad shape if nobody has signed him yet.

I think we could get similar production out of Dunbar at a cheaper cost than what we would if Bradshaw was brought in.

Heck, there's a good chance Kendial Lawrence may make the roster over Dunbar if we only keep 3 backs if he keeps impressing.

Patriots are releasing starting DT Kyle Love, per @MikeReiss. Live split time with Brandon Deadrick, also released this week.

Kyle Love would be a pretty nice pick up if we were able to swing the cash. Not a sexy name but being up here in NE there was a lot of hype for this guy before they got Armstead from the CFL and FA Kelly.

Quote:
Website @PFF graded Kyle Love as top-20 run-stuffing defensive tackle in 2012. 6'1/310. 24 starts past two seasons. 4.5 sacks. 26 years old.

Quote:
Patriots defensive tackle Kyle Love has come a long way since signing as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi State in 2010.

After signing a one-year extension through 2013 worth just over $3 million, what can we expect out of Vince Wilfork’s counterpart?

The 25 year old Love had a breakout season in 2011, totaling three sacks and 33 tackles (two tackles for loss) in rotation on the Patriots defensive line. According to Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston, Love played about half of the snaps in 2011.

Kyle Love is 26 and would be a good rotational player for us even starter.

He was release for having type 2 diabetes.
