Chud
Q: What's your fondest memory as a Browns fan?
A: This one right now is pretty hard to beat. _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

Chud
Q: More pressure since you're a Browns fan?
A: No.
Banner
Q: What sold you on Chud?
A: We focused on the criteria that we established that makes for a successful HC. Based on Chud's answers, he was the best fit. _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

A bunch of stupid questions..... not going to type.
Jimmy
Q: What differentiated Chud from the others?
A: The most important thing for me was the answer to "what would you do if you were HC of the Browns?" Chud was very clear and definitive. From the very beginning, my gut told me that this was the right guy for us. _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

Haslam
- Praised Banner for his thoroughness, using his wealth of connections in the league to get maximum info.
- The info they gathered from Chud was positive. DC's said "they hated to go against Chud"
Banner
- Chud can get the most out of the people around him (players). That was important. _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

How enlightening. We deserve better as fans than the political roundabout way of not answering any questions about the team we support. I hate Banner already. _________________

He had me at vertical attack
Banner answering some additional questions (from twitter)
| Quote: | "Fearless aggressive attacking mindset of Chud what they wanted and why they hired him"
"Banner said Chud will help dictate personnel decisions "
"Banner said its not his belief defense will need "massive revamping" regardless of 3-4 or 4-3 decision | " |

lol
Sorry they aren't going to explain every detail to us.
From what it seems.... They like Chud because he KNOWS what he wants to do. He explained his ideas to them and they liked it. It sounds like it's the same kind of offense from when he was here. He also like an attacking defense. _________________

I like that he said 1.vertical passing game 2. Balanced O attack (able to win low scoring ball games and high scoring ball games) 3. Attacking D-fense to knock around the opposing qb 4.) emphasis on technique, and effort 5.) emphasis on rehearsing critical game situations (3rd down, redzone, 2 min drill, 4 min drill)
I like this dude _________________

Someone who can at least relate to the fans would be a good thing. Especially in a city like Cleveland. I like Haslam, and I think Chudzinski could be good. I don't like Banner's personality, much like I haven't liked some guys we've had who do interviews in the past. Sorry, that's just me. Not a fan. _________________

Two things stood out to me.
1. Banners comment about paying attention to being a hybrid 43/34 team.
2. The comment that DCs hated going up against Chud, I liked that. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

I really hope they don't do something stupid like switch up the defense. That will set us back 2-3 years to get the right players and by that time Chud's head will roll.
That is all
