Now with the WCO gone from Cleveland IMO with the hiring of Chud...the Browns can now do away with these athletic FBs!!!
We all saw how good Vickers was opening holes for Jamaal Lewis back in Chuds OC days but where do the Browns go for a FB for next season?
IMO their is no FB on this roster that fits Chuds style.
Do the Browns got after one in FA? I know the Vikings FB is going to be a FA and he paved the way for a 2k rusher and he is unrestricted.
I would mine going after the FB from Stanford, Ryan Hewitt. He has been a great lead blocker for Stanford who has had one of the best rushing attack in college football the past two seasons. I wouldnt mine the FB from LSU. He measured in at 6'1 280 but if he can trim up he could be a beast! or take a flyer on Zach Boren. He was great as a lead blocker for Boom Herron. _________________

overrated! he got cut by the Texans and barely opened any holes in Dallas. They were ranked in the bottom five in every major rushing category _________________

Doesn't help that Murray was hurt and they were a pass heavy team _________________

| I remember reading an artical earlier in the year about how the cowboys were unhappy with him and planning on cutting him. I can't find it right now but there is a possibility he could be let go so I hope we go after him |

I was as big of a Vickers fan as anyone, I think we should have stuck with him a couple more years. Fast forward a couple years and I think his best football is behind him. He will be 30, not extremely old for a FB, but not the direction I think we should go.
However, if it came down to him or Marecic...duh |

He did play two positions on a very good Stanford team. Guy had talent, it just didn't translate. I do love that we fired a GM who fans' 1st complaint about is a full back. _________________
