why? he did great with DA for one year.

Actually that's one big positive about Chud. He made Aderception look serviceable. Weeden will look very good next year.

I wonder if Jauron's going to keep his job. Tough to tell what direction we will go with defense given the fact that chud has never been a HC and probably doesn't have many ties with defensive coaches.

That was unexpected... He'll have decision making power huh?
Well, I'll say this. He gave us our best offensive year in like 20 years, and he's young, from the area, wants to be a HC and has an offense that suits Brandon Weeden and T-Rich.
And as much as Cam took a step back this season, he had a real bounce in the 2nd half of the year, something Weeden did not.

I don't hate the hiring as much as I hated the Shurmur hiring. We could have done worse.
Here's hoping we don't have someone new in place in 2-3 years. Could this be the guy who turns things around? I'm most interested to see the staff that surrounds him. Hopefully Jauron stays as DC. Norv would be okay as an offensive assistant.
