use http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings for the lists. Can't take anyone more than 1 higher than the slot. So you can take anyone from #16 down for the 1st pick and #47 or down for the 2nd.

1.17
2.48
3.80
4.114
5.148
6.186
7.222
7.240

I thought we would get a 5th for Gay this year, but I'm assuming you have us getting a 7th.

1.17 - Keenan Allen WR Cal
2.48 - Chase Thomas LB Stanford
3.80 - Joseph Randle RB Oklahoma St.
4.114 - Nico Johnson ILB Alabama
5.148 - Shamarko Thomas SS Syracuse
6.186 - Corey Fuller WR Virginia Tech
7.222 - Travis Howard CB Ohio St.
7.240 - Joseph Fauria TE UCLA

Not very sexy.. but assuming we lose Wallace and Mendy

1. TE Eifert (depends how serious Miller's injury is, but we need a tall consistent player. Jesse Williams, Okafar, Ansah all options. Think about our offense with an injured Miller and no Wallace. Scary huh?)
2. OLB Chase Thomas (Ogletree alternative)
3. S Tony Jefferson
4. ILB Nico Johnson
5. DE Joe Kruger (RB Graham alternative, too much like other RB's though)
6. WR Marcus Davis (this one's for Kethy, bc he blasted me for getting a 6'0'' WR before)
7. QB, hate their heights though. Maybe Alex Carder or Jordan Rogers. I'd choose Klein here but he's a little to high on the list to be able to select.
8. RB Cierre Wood

I'll give it a shot

1 Jesse Williams, NT
2 Alec Ogletree, ILB
3 TJ McDonald, FS
4 Denard Robinson, WR
5 Lonnie Pryor, FB
6 Tyrann Mathieu, CB
7a Dustin Hopkins, K
7b Jordan Rodgers, QB

Tried to hide my obvious Florida State bias, but I think Pryor is an interesting case. He's not the typical iso blocking, hardnosed FB, he's more of a do it all, Larry Centers type. I think he would be an upgrade over Will Johnson.

I know I will get chewed by someone over my 6 & 7a picks, but Mathieu has too much talent to ignore. With a 6th round pick, give it a shot, or let the Bengals draft him and turn into this years Vontaze Burfict! Suishy had a great year, don't get me wrong, but Hopkins would be an upgrade, he can kick the long ball, and he's from FSU!

Dear Lord, no. Why does anyone want him? He can't even handle the NCAA; why would he be anything worthwhile in the NFL?

We could just save the pick and sign Tebow. Hell, Pat White would be a better option...

Don't know much about any of these players, since I don't watch much college ball. Just going based on positions of need/future need and a brief review of their write-ups. I'd be interested to hear critiques though.

1.17 Keenan Allen, WR (#16)
2.48 Arthur Brown, OLB (#54, convert to ILB)
3.80 Sean Porter, OLB (#82)
4.114 DJ Swearinger, S (#128)
5.148 Joe Kruger, DE (#167)
6.186 Marquess Wilson, WR (#185)
7.222 Jordan Rodgers, QB (#254)
7.240 DJ Harper, RB (#298)

1.17 Sam Montgomery OLB
2.48 Tyler Bray / Alec Ogletree
3.80 T.J. McDonald FS
4.114 Conner Vernon WR
5.148 Joe Kruger DE / B.W. Webb CB
6.186 Larry Webster DE
7.222 Joseph Fauria TE
7.240 Tremayne Scott OLB

Keep and eye on B.W. Webb He is from William and Mary so Tomlin might take a gamble Smile

I think Bray will be long off the board in the 2nd but in this exercise he is there.

I've seen Bray way down on people's lists. Like a mid round pick. I do think that he'll be a good pick though. I like it, I'd probably just switch he and McDonald considering most have McDonald late 1st or early 2nd

I'll put money that Bray is taken late 1st or early 2nd. He is a great project.

At WR? I'm looking at him as an Antwaan Randle-El type player, with more speed.

He has the size, ability and release. What he needs is a QB coach for technique. I stand by what I said. In a weak QB class, he is very very good.

Yeah, I agree. Definitely he's a WR in the nfl and I think will be like Randle El with more speed for sure. I'm not opposed to taking him in the mid rounds either.
