um.. no. | I mean, he'd be better than Chris Scelfo at TE coach. |
MM should never be part of this team ever again. |

Worst HC ever. He's lost something like 20 of his last 24 games as a HC.
Players hated him. I hated him. So glad Caldy kicked him to the curb.
New GM. New HC. Hopefully a new QB.
Change is in the air. _________________

I can't hate someone that seemed like such a nice guy. I do think this is for the best, though. A clean sweep into the future. |

Good QB developer, but preaches not turning the ball over and safe throws...which is why Blaine and then Henne checked down as much as they did. In Atlanta those around weren't impressed with the conservative play calling. |
Henne was checking down? Must have missed that memo as he held on to the ball time and time again as he gets sacked/hit as he throws the ball, resulting into interceptions. |

That's Henne's version of checking down. _________________

So, who now over in Jacksonville? There's something to build on there, they have good individual pieces that can either be bartered for draft positioning, or developed to be core players...this team is sideways now, but a 1-3 year building process and they're right back in the thick of it.
The division is getting stronger at the top with Houston and Indy looking to be good for a while with young, established talent...seems as if the Jags and Titans are heading in the opposite direction, but it isn't as if they can't turn it around quickly... _________________

AJ will retire in a few years, Schaub will lose the rest of his hair, Foster will go on a spiritual journey and Watt's gonna sign with the Jags in FA.

He might end up being a better HC than OC.
The Jags also interviewed him last season. _________________
