What do you people not understand about "and nobody is willing to trade up".. This means trading down is not an option, my goodness some of you completely missed the point of this thread.
I'd take Jarvis Jones pretty easily, the Spinal Stenosis thing is a little overblown. Still a red flag, but I guarantee that doctors will see it as not being a problem in the near future. A pass rushing OLB would be great for us, we could give him a Von Miller role. _________________

3-4 or Hybrid ---> Barkevious Mingo, his stock is going to rise after workouts or Jarvis Jones.
4-3 --> Jarvis Jones. (SLB Von Miller, LEO Cris Clemons/ Bruce Irvin)
Tampa 2 --> Dee Milliner, we have not one DB that are good in run support. _________________

I think a lot of people are selling Barkevious Mingo short, and they have all year. It's either Mingo or Jones at that point, we don't need to go defensive tackle in the first round again. _________________

In this scenario, no one is moving up... I think the only way someone is looking to move up is if Geno falls to us, which I think has approximately 3% chance of happening if he performs as expected or better at the combine and pro day. |

I <3 the Dee
That might be a little high from Milliner but he looks like a Joe Haden replica... and I love me some Joe Haden. |

While true, we still have the problem of both our starting CBs are incapable of tackling anyone. I think in the proper scheme, Milliner can be a stud, ie Ronde Barber. _________________

I love me some Dee Milliner too. He gets way too much hate on this site. Going into the championship game, some people referred to Dee as the best corner in college football. And he had himself a great game against Notre Dame.
I actually wouldn't mind taking Milliner at #4. You're right that it seems a little high but Milliner won't go much later than that. I think he's definitely a top 10 pick. And we all know corner is a very big need for this team. _________________

As someone who watches him roll.....would you say he'd fit nicely into Lovie's D if he got hired?
Without looking much into either....a Milliner and Charles Tillman comparison seems like it could fit. Big Physical, not super fluid.
Again might be totally off base with that cause I haven't watched much of Dee. _________________

If those three are gone, I really don't want anyone. And with Lewan staying in school, it screws the pooch.
I'd just go Werner. _________________

Dee is very technically sound. Also physically gifted. An example of this was Alabama matching him up on Notre Dame's stud TE, Tyler Eifert. Millner didn't give up too much. They tried to use Eifert's height and threw a few jump balls. Milliner made a great play on just about all of them.
For whatever reason, Notre Dame picked on Milliner and it just wasn't working at all.
A physically gifted corner like Milliner would fit in well with Lovie's defense. Your comparison to Charles Tillman is definitely valid. _________________
