Just say a contender wants to make a move to put them over the top, and makes an offer day 3/4 round pick for Sea Bass would you pull the trigger?

Look at this Kicking Stud. Kickalicious!

No way. He was pretty much our entire offense this year and is arguably the most consistent kicker in the league right now.

And you gotta stop just pulling stuff outta your butt. No one is going to trade a 3rd rounder for an over 30 kicker. Rolling Eyes

We would give up the best kicker in the NFL for a 28 year old guy that's never played football in his life and has made one YouTube video?

Another meaningless new thread from silver_surfer, imagine that.

Can someone please get the ban hammer back out.

Never would happen, but I would trade him for a 2nd. Anything lower and I would tell the team to take a hike.

Isn't that farfetched. Esp when some say "no way I'd trade him for a 3rd" and some say "no way a team would trade a 3rd for him". If both sides are adamant in opposite directions, its not a bad question to debate.

I actually thought of this earlier this year. If the Niners lose in the playoffs because of an Akers missed FG, they're gonna wish they had Seabass. Since they're late in each round, I could see them willing to trade a 5th for him. And if we are truly rebuilding, we would have to consider that deal.

Personally I wouldnt do it.
