What is FFMD?
For those of you new to the forums, FFMD is a forum wide mock draft where each team's forum sets up a war room, signs free agents, and runs their own draft. Each team puts together a staff, and then works with both that staff and the rest of their forum to improve their team in the offseason.
What is this thread for?
This thread is for suggestions, ideas, comments and critiques. The goal of FFMD is fun, fun for the people involved, fun for those of us running it and fun for the observers who want to see one heck of a show. To that end, we want to make sure you have a voice, and that is what this thread is for. While we wont be able to act on every suggestion, we will take every one of them seriously and consider how we can better run FFMD.
What is this thread not for?
This is not a sign up thread, this is not a general off topic discussion thread. Please avoid unnecessary or silly posts, it'll help keep us from losing legitimate suggestions and ideas. This is also not a place to flame or air grievances in an unproductive way. We want to make this experience better, not get bogged down in old issues.
What are the rules?
We'll get to those later. For right now what we want is to make sure we focus on making FFMD better.

I'm definitely interested. I've never done it before so can you guys give me some info on how much time I'd need to invest? Just want to make sure I'd be able to give it its due diligence.

Depends what post you want.
It is a TREMENDOUS amount of fun. Pretend all of us suddenly run the front office. You have to negotiate. Convince members. Craft a team. You invest as much time as you want - some people really go fully into it.
