On this point, you do realize that every team with a crappy mobile quarterback in this league is going to be offering us trades in FFMD...

Tim Tebow
Joe Webb
Domnique Davis

Where does a player like Vinny Curry fit in the 3-4? And do we roll with Demeco?

Curry with have to get tried at OLB, as for DeMeco - I think we should shop him - not a great fit 3-4 ILB as evidenced by his time in Houston. A couple of competitive teams like Cincinnati and Denver have needs at the position in the 4-3. I think a deal could be made.

The funny thing is the real life Eagles will be asking the same exact questions Laughing

I think we can shop Demeco. But then again, it hurts to have to get rid of a quality player.

Ship Meco to Denver for a 4th and Joe Mays.

Keep Curry as Trent's backup and Hunt as Graham's backup.

We don't have to unload him, but if we get a decent offer - I think given probable scheme problems with Demeco, you have to pull the trigger. He just does not fit as well in the 3-4, he's relatively young and a quality player.

My mock about a week ago - had him going to Denver for Joe Mays and a 4th. Mays while half the player Demeco is would fit better in the 3-4 as our thumper, SILB who takes on blocks and frees up Kendricks. I think that's fair value for Demeco - a 4th and a little more.

Yeah Curry as a 3-4 OLB on the right side (behind Trent or a high draft pick) IMO.

Ryans can be shopped, be will not give him away. Worst case scenario, we would have to roll with him as SILB in the 3-4 for a season.

We can get more than a 4th and Mays for Demeco in FFMD. We just have to hype him up and make a convincing argument.

Demeco will be serviceable in a 3-4....lets do our best not to create new holes.

That is of course unless we get a good offer for him, like every player.....he can be had.

And back to DRC....remember this is FFMD, and if we try and sign someone via FA we will likely end up havin to pay them as much or more than we would him.

I had a dream that we picked a center at #4.

Agreed. As I mentioned above, if the offer doesn't strike us as a good deal, the worst case scenario is that we roll with him as the starting SILB for 2013 (with Kendricks as the starting WILB).
