Back spasms are scary. I get them sometimes, it is extremely painful and they seem to come from nowhere. Sometimes it lasts a day, sometimes it lasts a week

Back spasm are one of the most painful injuries I have ever endured back from my jujitsu days. Hard to deal with.

It appears that his finger is going to be permanently damaged.

Spags said it on the talking cowboys segment. He will not be able to bend his finger tip, if I heard him correctly. Its either that or the middle joint/knuckle? Not sure what the term is.

I could have sworn on ESPN's ticker they said he had successful finger surgery on Dez's finger last night. I guess as long as it didn't fall off that could be considered successful.
