Why would that be a promotion. He was fired from TENN. Tenn was a MESS, and he basically became the Nanny that made the program clean. Now they want someone to take it up a notch. I really like him. |

Dooley isn't officially hired. Just a top candidate. Jerry and Jason are meeting today to apparently finalize the staff.

I'd imagine Gash is still the leading candidate for RB coach. Wonder who we bring in (or promote) to TE coach?

LOL! I was thinking more along the lines of Herb Tarlek WKRP in Cincinnati Sales Manager look. A nice brown plaid check jacket to top off the look.

The Dooley hire stinks of a Garrett selection. I'm not fond of it. He isn't the worst coach to bring in, but I don't see him bringing a lot of value to the staff.

Your program was awful. He made it mediocre to below average. But you guys needed a whole identity shift which he helped bring in. I would never recommend him for a Head Coach. Gag. I am okay with him as a positional coach.
