Why would that be a promotion. He was fired from TENN. Tenn was a MESS, and he basically became the Nanny that made the program clean. Now they want someone to take it up a notch. I really like him. |
... oh. Right. My bad. _________________

Dooley isn't officially hired. Just a top candidate. Jerry and Jason are meeting today to apparently finalize the staff. _________________

I'd imagine Gash is still the leading candidate for RB coach. Wonder who we bring in (or promote) to TE coach? _________________

I think the idea is Wes to TE. _________________

That would have been straight up 70's pimp daddy....especially if they were white platform shoes... |
LOL! I was thinking more along the lines of Herb Tarlek WKRP in Cincinnati Sales Manager look. A nice brown plaid check jacket to top off the look. _________________ Northland |

The Dooley hire stinks of a Garrett selection. I'm not fond of it. He isn't the worst coach to bring in, but I don't see him bringing a lot of value to the staff. _________________

Your program was awful. He made it mediocre to below average. But you guys needed a whole identity shift which he helped bring in. I would never recommend him for a Head Coach. Gag. I am okay with him as a positional coach. _________________

Seen somewhere, think it was Broaddus, that Wes will move to OL coach most likely. _________________

Former Bears WR coach Darryl Drake expected to land with either the Cardinals or Cowboys this week. |
Never heard to the guy who tweeted this. Don't know much about Drake either. Would be fitting though, since Dallas and Chicago like trading off their assts to each other. _________________
