I would absolutely love to have a link to whatever press conference this came from. But by the looks of it, these are the definitive quotes on the Garrett OC scenario. _________________

So...Jerry admits he wanted Jason to be the HC and OC...but Garrett has always been open to just being HC?
Think that about settles that discussion. _________________

Odd... I am uncontrollably smiling right now. I would love to hear what others think of this. There were a lot of very strong debates about this topic. A lot of people slung mud. Interested to hear their opinion now.. _________________

Expected - He had a Top 10 Scoring and Yards Offense 4 out of his 6 years in Oakland and all but once was Top 10 in Rushing Attemptss IIRC _________________

Don't see us hiring an OL coach when Bill was our OC and OLC last year - all that's changed is who is calling plays during the game. _________________

I think this is for the best. Garrett needed to let a OC take over and be a walk around coach. I guess Callahan has a good resume back for the raiders so I'm interested to see what he can do. _________________

I expect Wes to remain as Asst. OL. Callahan to oversee OL during practice and let Wes handle in-game situations. _________________

I think that's the most realistic scenario, and one I would be okay with. _________________

Yeah, but I would prefer to have Bill Callahan call the plays and oversee the offense rather than do that and focus on the offensive line as well. _________________
