This was actually going to be my question. It's clear that Redball is the coach going forward, but the staff will be reevaluated.

Who on that list would everyone like to see replaced?
I expect the following are safe:
Mike Woicik
Rob Ryan
Jimmy Robinson
Chris Boniol
Jerome Henderson
Bill Callahan

I'd like to hire an of and let him bring in his guys for the offense. So, no positional spots are safe in my mind. _________________

Not dissapointed but not staisfied either. Our Run game has been a problem of the O-line. I'm not sure how a new RB coach can fix this. But I'm looking forward if there an upgrade here.
Plus I'm not too happy with Woicik's results so far. Sure the blame entirely isn't on him with some freak injuries but we literally reached the franchise record for most injured players ever. I thought he would do a better job than that conditioning our players. _________________

I think a lot of this stems from the lack of productivity from Murray to Jones & Company. It was a notable drop that was really inexcusable. And while I am not saying that starters and back-ups should be on the same level, I do expect there to be some level of playability with back-ups.
But yes, the OL was a detriment. _________________

I'm just getting a sense with this firing that they might hire someone that has worked with Bill Callahan before for the RB coach for the very fact they share the same philosophies on the O-line play design. _________________

| Jason Garrett is the o coordinator--that is an assistant position-- he must be evaluated...and in turn he must be replaced. |

Sign me up for getting a new QB coach, especially if the Boys draft one this year. I have long wondered what value Wilson has on the staff. He must be tight with Jerry. _________________
