Ya it was a very good run but honestly he should have left when Donovan was let go. It's been a long time coming and 14 years is a very long time to be in one place especially in the NFL. Thanks for the early 2000's and the success that him JJ & donovan had.
Andy will be just fine I personally think he'll end up in Arizona coaching the Cards next season.
Let the offical replacement speculation begin. I'm casting my vote for Chip Kelly.

2008 was his last season. Not a single playoff victory after.
2009 - 11-5 one and done.
2010 - 10-6 one and done.
2011 - 8-8 Failed to reach playoffs.
2012 - 4-12 (Likely) 4th overall pick.
Deteriorated when he left.
