He's spent his entire NFL coaching career with the Ravens and Jets, so I would assume so.

I don't fear change anymore. He's run a beast of a defense down there. Not really afraid to change up things on our 29th ranked defense. Nothing to lose.

Dareus played better in a 3-4 and I think Kelvin Sheppard would better fit ILB in a 3-4.
I will say this, if we run a hybrid 3-4 than Jarvis Jones would be perfect. |

I agree. I dont mind running a 4-3 as our main base D. But then switching to 3-4 randomly to throw off the offense.
Also Jarvis Jones would be a great pick.
