HC: Greg Roman
OC: Chan Gailey
DC: Lovie Smith
Cuts/Not Resigned:
Nmandi Asomugha
Cullen Jenkins
Demetress Bell
Kurt Coleman
Danny Watkins
King Dunlap
Daryl Tapp
Dion Lewis
Dallas Reynolds
Phillip Hunt
Resign/Restructured:
Rodgers-Cromartie
Jason Peters
Akeem Jordan
Clay Harbor
Mike Patterson
Trades:
Trade Michael Vick to Jets for 3rd round pick
Trade 1st round(4) and 3rd round for St. Louis 16th, 22nd, and 2014 1st round pick
Free Agency:
Andre Levitre (OG)
Andre Smith (OT)
Jarius Byrd (S)
Quenten Jammer (CB) (maybe)
Jason Campbell (QB)
If Henry Melton (DT) somehow doesn't end up in Chicago, which I don't see how, than the Eagles better jump on board and line him up next to Fletcher Cox
NFL Draft
Alec Ogletree, Georgia (Lb) 16th Pick
Although Ogletree was an inside linebacker at Georgia, he has the speed and pass coverage ability to transition well into the outside linebacker role. His athleticism aand play-making ability overshadow his character concerns, and he even has room to increase in size if he is needed at inside linebacker.
Kenny Vaccaro, Texas (S) 22nd pick
Kenny Vaccaro was one of the few bright spots on the Texas defense this last season that greatly under performed in some key games. He would fill a need next to Jarius Byrd, and our safeties, who are ranked near the bottom of the league in blowing coverage, would instantly become one of the most athletic tandems in the league. Vaccaro would be able to learn from one of the best safeties in the league, and the potential for the future of the position would be extremely high.
Barrett Jones, Alabama (G/C) 35th Pick
Barrett Jones has been the anchor of the Alabama offensive line, and one of the top 3 centers in college football. This pick adds depth to our offensive line and allows Jones to slowly transition to a starter or immediately fill in if he outplays the competition.
Kawann Short, Purdue (DT) 3rd Round Pick
At 6'3", 315 lbs he would fit nicely next to Fletcher Cox, and add some needed depth at the defensive line
Tyler Bray, Tennessee (QB) 4th round pick
Adds Quarterback depth and can become a project for Greg Roman and Chan Gailey, I don't believe Nick Foles is THE franchise quarterback and if he does become an amazing quarterback within the next year than Tyler Bray could serve as a development project similar to Kolb.
Tyrann Mattieu, formerly LSU (CB), 5th round pick
He likes pot, so do a few people I know , worst case scenario: he becomes a bust, gets arrested for possession of marijuana, and ends up getting cut. Best-case scenario: Lovie Smith makes him put his big boy pants on, he avoids any suspiciously smelling plants (offseason is fair game according to Josh Howard), and he plays like he did as a Heisman contender lining up across from Rodgers Cromartie.
Da'rick Rogers, Tennessee State (Wr) 6th round Pick
Character concerns aside, at 6'3" with exceptional hands, Rogers would add a desperately needed red zone threat with his size and physicality.
The rest of the draft can be spent on Defensive line depth or CB. |

Yeah, uhhh Da'Rick Rogers in the 6th round?
And Roman hasn't even been interviewed by anyone. He isn't going to be hired by us, let alone anyone right now. Lovie is NOT going to take a DC job.
The Vick trade is hilarious . Why on EARTH would the Jets give up a 3rd round pick for him, knowing that we're going to cut him and with his salary?
I mean, I'd love that FA but it's too much. LeVitre and Smith are two of the best OL in FA. We'd essentially be getting 3 of the top 15 free agents. No way that happens.
Draft is OK. I like Ogletree, but OLB isn't exactly the best pick for us in the mid first....Not huge on Vacarro. Like Barrett Jones. Like Short. I wouldn't at all mind Bray in the 4th. Honey Badger is meh. I'd cream my jorts if we got Da'Rick in the 6th but he won't fall past the 2nd.
Just an unrealistic mock. No way half of this would happen.
And why would STL give up THREE first round picks for the 4th pick and one third rounder? That'd be a ROBBERY by us. _________________

Kawann Short in the third?
Da'Rick Rogers in the 6th?
Highly unlikely we'd sign all of those FAs also. _________________

Very unlikely. I do like it. _________________

There's a lot to not like.
Chan Gailey as OC? No thanks.
Mike Vick is not getting us a 3rd.
St. Louis is not a playoff team, why would they trade 3 first round picks?
Buffalo letting Byrd and Levitre both walk? Not happening.
Henry Melton plays the same position as Fletcher Cox. Fletcher Cox is not a NT. Henry Melton is not a NT. They would line up together on 3rd down in obvious passing situations and that is it. Henry Melton is going to be expensive and we just signed the safety and guard who will command the most money on the market, not to mention Andre Smith who certainly won't come cheap.
Alec Ogletree. What a god awful first round pick.
Kenny Vaccaro. Not worth a 1st.
Barret Jones. Good pick.
Kawann Short. Will definitely not last til the 3rd.
Da'rick Rogers. 6th round? C'mon man! _________________

Free agency is highly unrealistic and the draft would never happen. _________________

| Haha this has got to be the most wishful thinking I have ever seen. Those trades are absolute steals, and those free agent signings are next to impossible. Not to mention your draft as being pretty out there... I know its hard to make a realistic mock, but this is over the top. |
